@@NightFlyyer I did some Googling. Evidently, it's because of all the computers in vehicles these days that have to be kept alive to store settings and such. I still don't quite understand why they couldn't do that with one battery though.
@ Right. I mentioned that in my video. When the motor shuts off at a stoplight, the small battery runs the heater and ac fans,lights and all of it. When it starts, nothing blinks so it’s a great buffer. But unless im waiting for A train, not sure those red light stops save much gas. Btw, If it stops too long, it will restart,as it’s all being done from that small (motorcycle)battery. I completely undid both but the capacitors in the radio must’ve kept it alive long enough because I did not lose my personal settings, like stations. Time was off tho! Lots of laughs. Thanks again.
Sweet Project Cars channel has a video called "Now anyone can make their car battery last forever". Worth a watch.
Dave, Did you notice if the caps under the sticker were vented good ?Maybe the pressure build up and caused come up.
They are not vents. Something popped them up.
10 mm?! Where did mine go??😂
Good stuff but those are nuts and bolts, not screws. 😉
Not really a bolt or a screw. They are like a screw with a sharp tip, but threaded. You get the idea.
@NightFlyyer ahhh.... Gotcha!
More things to go wrong
So true.
Never heard of anything so ridiculous. Why would they do this?
@@tims8603 Agreed. Its supposed to save gas. Lots of laughs.
