Suddenly, this is relevant. Encore! Encore! Always looking for specialty dining venues that have live entertainment and where people can sit at the bar, but not eat.
For specialty dining do you have to let the server know beforehand that you wish to pay a la carte instead of your voucher before ordering?
They will ask you when you check in with the maitre d. The always ask are you using your package or a la carte
