Ty so much for the sharing der! My family and I can relate so much to everyone in the doc. The struggle, the sacrifices, the shock, the lost of our culture and the finding of our pride. Next step is preserving, sharing our story, and culture with our children. Some time I wish I live in a bigger Lao community we are happy in Green Bay, WI. Doesn't matter where we all we still have that Laoness in our heart and mind. Kop jai der!
I really enjoyed the documentary. Being Lao American I can definitely relate to this. It's important to preserve our culture and at the same time move forward towards our dream. Keep up the good work.
