    Thank you for the video, what you are doing is extraordinarily helpful and you are by far the best English Teacher on RUclips that I have come across. A quick question, do you think because the poem is written in fours stanzas with six lines each, that this very ordered structure emphasises how he is attempting order chaos. It could be seen that the changing line lengths are the chaos contained in an ordered structure?

      Possibly, the regular and repeating rhyme scheme could also show the cyclic nature of this job; seeing suffering people everyday emphasising how we and him could become desensitised to these images.
