    Thanks for the video Doc, I just found four of these airbrushes with a compressor hose for each one at a yard sale for $5 and they all are in excellent shape, not used to these yet but I will keep one of them around for something.

    Thanks Dr Cranky, I was very interested, and needed to know the right pressures for the types of paints associated with them.

    The H is I think the best workhorse brush for the average modeler. Built like a tank. I will be adding the Talon gravity feed for finer work. I'll stick with Paasche because the parts are much cheaper, easier to get and their brushes are built to last. All made in the USA is a plus for me. I don't think the expense of other brushes is necessary unless you're using them for fine art.

    My last Airbrush was my LAST Airbrush. It worked for 2 or 3 seconds. TWICE.
    I taught it to fly out a unopened Third Floor window.
    It flew fine, it just landed badly.

    Great video Doc. I am in the process now of saving up to buy a newer, quieter compressor. Which would you recommend? Thank you for making these great instructional videos, it is much appreciated. Take care my friend.

    Great comments and advice - can I ask, with the H (push in) glass jars has one ever dropped out when full on the H or is it better to have HS with a screw-in fittings to be more secure? I'll mostly be using the metal cup, but will use the glass jars from time to time, I was wondering if the HS was more secure and adjustable or if the H works just fine?🤔 Thanks✌️🤞😊💜

    Hi Doc. I just ordered an Iwata Eclipse. Right now I dont have the money to go out and buy 4-5 different airbrushes so that I can have one air brush for primer, one airbrush for base coats an so on.....Can the Eclipse do everything? I hope that isnt a dumb question. Thank you for making all of your videos...Very informative..

    No suction is happening when using an aerosol can with less than half of air in the can. Do I have an air pressure issue? I have the model H airbrush and I love it and run mostly enamels through it but no suction is occurring.

    H-SET and H202S, is the anodized aluminium handle the only difference?

    • @DoctorCrankysLabRATory
      @DoctorCrankysLabRATory  10 лет назад

      nordemoniac I'd have to take another look at the H202S. It might be.

    • @nordemoniac
      @nordemoniac 9 лет назад

      Did you find the difference? I'm not sure which to choose, and I'm about to get one these days. I would definitely not want the one with a plastic handle, as it will be ruined by the thinner over time. It seems like the H202S goes up to 1/32 inch in thickness, vs. 1/16 on the H, that's the only difference I found except the handle.

    Just my opinion, & Not To Offend , ...All Your Car Model Videos Are Very Very Informative , to a point ..Point being ..ONLY when YOU FOCUS On The Subject Title...as You Always tend to drift off to other things that are Irrelevant To Your Subject, as Well You Continue To Repeat Yourself Constantly in Not just one of your videos, But ALL Of Them!!, , You Tend to say some things at times that are important , but within seconds you correct yourself ?????...Reason/Hence My Comment ....Do you not pre plan your videos , Written Out /Script before you upload ?., I don't believe you do so ...so I Suggest You Do...I Believe the Majority of your subscribers/Viewers are ADULTS , not Children ....So Do You Really Feel the NEED To Keep Repeating Yourself Constantly, ...as It's Very, Very Irritating & Very Annoying , & I Believe I'm Not The Only One Who Feels This Way....but perhaps I'm the only one who has the balls to bring this issue forth...as I said ,,just my opinion , & not to offend
