One of the greatest moments of my life, was watching one of the beautiful machines fly right over our Rig two times. It seemed like a low pass, and man you couldn’t hear it coming at all. It was very quiet, just like a black spec in the air, until it got close. Then it flew over us, and you couldn’t hear it at all until, it was a few miles away did you hear a low sound. It flew over twice, and it’s something I’ll never forget. Amazing is all I can say. This happened in 2019, in Karnes City, Texas.

The problem with refueling that Beast is that a small scratch would damage the Radar coating and would significantly enlarge the Planes Profile. That's why the Bomb bay Doors have multiple Systems to close them if one fails. The last thing you wanna have during a fight is a stealth plane with a massive cross section.

Thought it was a UFO because the first thing I saw was the leading edge and it was not until it passed that I realised what it was. I got to see it fly every year when my son played football for a flyover. Also had an ex family member that flew the plane. Great thing to have been able to see a powerful machine like this.

A true story: I was shooting target with a guide east of Sedalia, MO several years ago. Then the sky suddenly was covered up by one huge flying object. My guide and I simultaneously looked up. It was a B-2 bomber, dark and sinister. Then my guide said, "It is my cousin. He has always wanted to show me." The B-2 was nearly 50 meter above our heads ! We were stunned with fear and admiration !

My first impression of this airplane was when it flew over our house back in the 1990's. It looked like a black cutout painted on the blue sky. I thought it was beautiful.

@@1spy98 Чему тут ревновать? у B2 максимальная скорость 1000 км\ч. ТУ-160 в два раза быстрее, в два раза тяжелее и на пару тысяч километров летит дальше. Американские самолеты это калеки в воздухе.

No it wasnt. Its design came from the YB49 a jet powered flying wing made by Northtop in the late 40s. The aircraft you are refering too never flew only a powered prototype did and it crashed after 2 hours
I got to see it fly every year when my son played football for a flyover.
Also had an ex family member that flew the plane. Great thing to have been able to see a powerful machine like this.
Its an extremely impressive and beautiful looking machine. The height of human innovation. But it’s sad that it is a harbinger of death.

How hard would it be to land that machine, so much force going up with that design! It’s obviously very well designed but still, looks super hard, flaps aren’t big either. I don’t doubt the engineering but it most be top pilot
A true story: I was shooting target with a guide east of Sedalia, MO several years ago. Then the sky suddenly was covered up by one huge flying object. My guide and I simultaneously looked up. It was a B-2 bomber, dark and sinister. Then my guide said, "It is my cousin. He has always wanted to show me." The B-2 was nearly 50 meter above our heads ! We were stunned with fear and admiration !
