All development works in Pune are very slow or eventually getting dropped like first plan of innermost ring road. Metro huge delay, inner ring road going on since long and deprioritized due to outer ring road. Airport delay of decade. Let’s not have very high hopes on timeline. Property dealers are doing job well to paint rosy picture.

Pune is city without Guardian Leader , Growth, developing is auto mode developing octopus , No traffic rule , No traffic police , only gated communities thriving, city is dying.
