Good work. Enjoyed it very much. Learn something from it . My Mandarin was self taught and even though my mother tongue is Cantonese your video helped to clarify some doubts and improve my Mandarin.
That was enjoyable! Thanks! I detected 5/6 of these common mistakes, though I couldn't correct them all. Recently, I just watched a Shoushou Chinese video explaining ruguo, and wouldn't have gotten it had I not gone over it in the last week or so.
I guess im randomly asking but does anybody know of a method to get back into an instagram account? I stupidly lost my password. I would love any tricks you can offer me!
@@eligatlin144 Yep. That's pretty random. Still, do unto others as you would have them do unto you. Best of luck with the Instagram issues. I hope you make it to the good half of the afterlife versus the... not so good side, but it's not my call as your data is your data, and mine is mine.

Language is about communication. If the receiver of the message understand the message, you have accomplished your goal. If a none English speaker said, " Thanks, I eat already". Any English speaker understands that sentence 💯 percent; even though the grammar is incorrect.
True. If that’s your goal, make all the mistakes you want. But admit it or not, the way you talk will decide how people view you. In a business occasion for instance, you want to sound professional, grammatically correct, and culturally appropriate.
This is a list for native english speakers so a lot of them are not even a problem for me... but I have my own difficulities. Also I cannot udnerstand how they put 是 instead of 很... they have entirily different functionalities. I have more difficulities with putting 了 at the right place in the right time... for me it doesnt make sense (for my interpretation of the word) in a lot of sentences Also number 6 is a big (???????) for me. How can they make that mistake? :D
@@AndreaOlivieri87 that's my point! not everybody...actually nobody talks as slow as i do in the video. the earlier you expose yourself to authentic materials, the faster you can understand native speakers!
I have recommended you to my adult kids. However, I really think this lesson is discouraging and ineffective. The "mistakes" you pointed out are too minor to be corrected. When you teach a language you should be much more lenient on "mistakes" and not too analytical. You had said in another video that we should learn a language like the natives. But today you taught like an old lady teacher picking on every tiny thing I said. Students should be encouraged to practice using a language instead of reminding them to be perfect and "mistakes-free". I really did not like your teaching today.
真不错
谢谢

I figured out why I never learned the difference between Rúguǒ 如果 and Shìfǒu 是否. Because Shìfǒu was not included in the word lists for HSK1-4.
chinese don't use '是否‘’ so much, '是否‘’ sounds formal. you can say .........吗,或者,是不是。。。。,你是不是粉红
老师,您的美式中文很棒。口音很准确哈哈。
美式中文?我是中国人,呵呵
@@unconventionalchinesewithkeren 我是说您模拟美国人说中文的口音很准确。

1- please keep the lecture in slow speed. 2- you must show the English sentence along with the sentence written in Pinyin. 3- show less acting.

There is a difference in making mistakes and getting _basic_ grammars wrong.
