There are two kinds addicted to money: The ones that hate rich people and the ones that don't give money to poor people. The first are the communists and the second are the liberals. Both are bad. We have not to hate anybody. Even if there are people that have done bad things we have not to hate them. We wish all the best to everybody.

How do these resentful people see themselves becoming rich too ? Presumably by using the same evil or unscrupulous means. You’ve touched on what I’ve always wondered about Americans since visiting there. The poor resent the rich. Everyone knows it’s a very dog eat dog culture but can’t or refuse to see a need to change it. The abject poverty right next to staggering wealth especially in California is striking. Id be interested to hear your thoughts on how this compares with contemporary Chinese capitalist culture. Is China in danger of becoming a crime and resentment driven culture in a similar way ? Apart from that, some good topical vocab. Thanks.
