We drove from Ban Grood yesterday in some terrible rain and thought my husband was mad for wanting to come this far but it was so worth it. Dan and his staff are lovely and we ended up staying a day longer. Also went to Love at First Bite for coconut cake ☺️ Dan said he sent you a message to say we had found it from your videos. nah i'de pass on that condo. don't like the water damage thats coming thru the walls and ceiling and the build quality is less than satisfactory. if i had a couple dogs i'de rent a villa
Hell no on that overpriced condo. Leave it for the Chinese money launderers and Rich Thais who "collect" properties like my 3 year old collects toy cars.
Yeah, that was an easy "pass" decision. But I thought it worth sharing as most people look at only new properties and seeing what the sea water does to homes is important knowledge.
