G'day again from downunder Mike. Nice video and it will be a useful area when youve finished. Have you thought about building a rock wall around the entrance on the high end of the culvert. It would help funnel water into the pipe and reduce any erosion during heavy rain. Keep up the good work mate 👍

I don't know why RUclips is not letting me see this, but rest assured that I will keep looking for this and trying again! I'm amazed that I can comment!
Good job on the parking area! Excavators are so handy when you are developing a property. I have so many projects planned with mine and I'm sure many other projects I don't even know yet. Keep up the good work!
You are a craftsman and perfectionist in your work! We so enjoy your RUclipss and missed them but we are glad that you have your priorities in order!!!
Digging out a hillside for a parking area is a remarkable feat of both hard work and ingenuity! Your dedication to creating a practical and well-planned space shows impressive skill and determination. It’s inspiring to see how you tackle such a challenging project with precision and commitment. And I am Floating Village Life, Hit follow and let's explore together!
Mike you know you love using that mini X. I know I sure would and the progress is amazing. I would have been so tempted to pounce on that junk trailer and smash it down to small amount of rubble. I was so hoping you did a quick turn around and OOOPPPPS. But for another day and make sure you film that because there are lots of us who want to see it gone and the fun you will have doing so. Good to see you up and out of the city and back to the land.
hah, I've been trying to get rid of that thing for years trying to get people to salvage any parts that might be useful like window frames or something. I was really tempting I might have done it if it weren't for the yellow jacket or wasp nest.
Another great excavator video however viewers really want to see more shingle videos. Let's get some more shingle action in the next video Mike! It's what people really want!?!
Good morning from the North Coast of Ohio. Power was out from Tuesday afternoon till about 2:am this morning. Still about 5,000 without power in our County. Hope all is well by you. Great to see your videos again.
very good Mike your good with that excavator now looked very professinal doing that yes move that camper away from there lots room to park and turn around
Mike to work to do love the excavation videos just one thing you work hard for your money when you’re installing a corrugated pipe specially the plastic.I came across them up on a project that they wanted installed across the driveway it is a certain way you do it in a little bit of seeing that is compacted and you still need a pathway on both sides with sand it’s compacted if you looked at the clock and bring it up almost to 10 and two with sand if you’re looking at the end of the pipe so it won’t collapse then you can put bank run on top of it and compacted you’re doing a lot of work I hope you never have to do it over and all top end of the pipe I would make ahead Wall or eventually poured wall so the water doesn’t get around the pipe and take it down the road one day in the heavy rain keep up the great work Sam bacon
Looking great buddy. Now you're going to want to do the whole driveway. I think its time to push the old trailer off the road and let the brush grow around it. LOL
AWWW MANNNNNNN.... I kept waiting for you to start CRUNCHING that camper! It was like.. 'Just a little pinch, yeah, start with that! Jusssttt a little pinchhhhhh". Be SURE to record THAT for me! Otherwise, great video. And I forget that it's in uptempo speed after a while and think "He's gonna be SO dizzy when he gets out of that thing he's gonna fall right on his butt."
Welcome back it looks like you lost a lot of weight. Good for you.. Just ask myself what happened to that guy From The RUclips channel glad you’re back, making some good videos..
Excellent job. Just think of the room for turn around and parking you'd have if you got rid of that camper. I brt your nephew would love to see you crush it with the excavator 😂
Great video Mike, just a little question, since you said that you will extend more the horizontal cut into the slope are you going to do some erosion control, to protect the slope vertical cut?
Did you get the excavator and learn to use it just for the 50 acre project or are you in a line of work that requires it? (curious how to learn to use one).
I always loved watching Andrew Camarata, and had so many projects I wanted to do that I saved up and got it for this property. I have a whole playlist about it if you are interested.
@@50Acres I enjoy his channel as well... there is something fascinating about watching heavy machinery work....I guess when I eventually get a few acres I'll have to invest in something and learn to use it.
@@shawno3681 as far as learning, I started by watching videos. Then I rented a machine a couple times and after that (maybe 24 hours of operation) I felt decent at it.

It will be very functional once that camper disappears. Nice job.
Bravo,,I second that
Yes it will
Can you crush camper with mini X?
52 years old , 6' 2" , also loves the excavator videos.....😄
haha nice same here, love those excavator videos.
Got you beat. I'm 63 (in 11 days) 6ft and fat as a frog and excavator video are the best.

They really are so useful, I have more projects planned than I can ever get to.
@@50Acres there you go! Justification!
Looks great. And money well spent on the culvert. The spring melt will always need a place to go.
Thanks Paul!
You’re getting very proficient with that mini…great job! Glad you’re back…really enjoy you and your channel!
😊 Thanks for sharing the video. Should help access the property better. Mike, you make it look easy. Lots of skill. Great video.

This one’s for you big Mike.😊 I like excavators too.
That techno house music had me make a second coffee. 😁 (dark roast)
haha, I always struggle what music to put with excavator work.
Glad o see you back in action. Love your videos!
The culvert is a great idea. Looks like you could get a lot of water collecting in a downpour coming down that hill.
Cheers from Northern Ontario, Canada. You are like a magician with that mini ex lol Awesome work. Glad to see you back at it and thanks for sharing!

maybe do up the caravan to be a waiting room for those wanting to come up the hill? 😊
Id like to but it's too gross inside and completely rotted out.

You need to build a Miniature RailRoad from the bottom to the top to get people to the cabin.
That would be so fun
I'm Mike, I'm 55 years old, 6'2" and I like the excavator videos too!
Ha ha I'm 45 about 5'10" and also like excavator videos!
Хорошая работа. Доступность - главный параметр в удаленном от шоссе жилье. Дорога, парковка получилась отличной. Браво.

Great job Mike! You've got great news out of that excavator. Thanks Mark for the suggestion and the first Bank of Sarah for the excavator . 👍
You bet, thanks Neil.
Even if she is a "predatory lender" lol
Love your vids Mike, make sure you keep enough dirt to fill in the settled dirt over the culvert
Good job taking care of the youngins!
Love the videos Mike, so glad you're back!
Nice job!!
Magic hammer video please 😂
possibly!
Nice work
Not sure why I enjoyed watching excavation work but I did, ha! Looks good Mike! Hugs to you
and your girls! ❤
Hey Mike, great video, you look like your getting more comfortable with the excavator, I hope everything works out when you move that camper
Always fun to play in the dirt.
Looks great!
Welcome back!

I think it’s time for a camper crushing video 💪🏻😎
PROGRESS!!
Great to see you back on a regular schedule!! I hope. Man, you're getting really proficient with that excavator. Can't wait for the next video!!
Thanks Jay!

Thanks Justin. I'd like to but there isn't the real estate on the creak side of the road in a lot of places. The trailer is going...
Good to see ya back at it again my friend, it as been so long!
Hiya don’t know about anyone else but I can’t wait to see the magic hammer again.🤣🤣

Looks great! Just a side note, communal feeders like that for deer are really bad for the spread of chronic wasting disease
any improvement is not a waste, at least 2 cars wide for the entire length of the driveway
Have your boom arm and bucket curled in closest to machine when blading it will reduce the machine hop
That trailer would make a cool giant wall hanger (the door side).
Love the videos, hate the Chinese water torture style 'music to kill yourself by'. So, I'll just watch on mute, I guess!🤣🤣🤣
❤

They tore down paradise to put up a parking lot. hahaha

might pay to pay a bright post a each end of the culvert to show visitors where it drops off
Eeee new video
If only the trailer could be rehabbed into a pool/pond house!
Yea, I really wish it weren't so far gone, I think it's really neat looking.
How much do you love that bucket thumb/!? So handy
I don't know how I lived without it!
Dump truck still working good? I'm looking for one myself now.
yea it is, if you can find one of these for a good price I like it. Capacity is a bit low but it's good for around the property.
People want pond build videos😅😅
yes, I am aware!
👍🏻👍🏻❤️🇺🇸
😎🤙🦅
is this a French drain? If not how does the drainage water get in the pipe?
It's not. This is in the middle of a relatively long ditch, it's just so water can get from one side to the other.

Will the hillside need a retaining wall?
I'm not sure, That clay will definitely slump but Im not sure if it will really impact turning and parking. It's only about 3 feet at its tallest.
Get Lil Mikey his own little toy excavator. Sounds like he's into it.
Oh he's got them trust me!
@50Acres 👍😇
Nice vid. Not a fan of the music choice
Too many commercials. Regular tv has less.
Good stuff, but get rid of that junk trailer ...LOL
