Hi, just wanted to say I appreciate your videos a lot. Could you do a few videos on facade openings, for some reason I find it difficult to decide on best window shapes, and for example the glass division, materials, colors etc. To me the facade materials when I'm about to use many tend to be often confusing. Thanks a lot in advance!

Thank you for watching :) I’m working on a few more facade videos, coming soon. Stay tuned!

Curious how do you do your breakdown in terms of payments, do you charge your clients for the various revisions they keep telling you to make...

That’s the million dollar question in the architecture practice!! I prefer “Hourly not to exceed” with 1 round of revision. If they want more revisions, I charge hourly until they’re satisfied with the design. Trust is key here :)

@@malbeldesigns Trust interesting, never thought of charging clients extra for revisions made because in my view every great product should have a refund policy, I emulate the Zappos way where delivering happiness to the client is our primary concern. So we'll keep working on the revisions again and again until they're satisfied. Sometimes it takes days, sometimes weeks but when we're done, we're done. Found out doing so the client's respect you more, your reputation and rapport with the client grows and you become their go-to guy on all things design construction. They're no longer become clients but become fans and they recommend you to everyone. I've recently been called for a consultation by a guy who delivers mail to one of my clients.
