For those that don't know. You can save 36 songs.
Im a bass player and I have one (plus the footswitch) and it is pretty cool but with a couple of gotchas. 1) No way to back up what you have programmed in. 2) Since Samsung bought the company that owned Digitech there has been zero development and support. :(

Looks that way. In 2020 I asked Digitech if there was a way to backup the settings using the USB port and they said no but it might appear in future development. There hasn't been any new firmware yet. It is the same story with Soundcraft kit (also aquired by Samsung). :( I really like the Sdrum - sounds great through a PA and it does randomish drummer type things during the song but having a gigs worth of settings programmed in and no backup if the sdrum dies or gets lost is a big risk. It is fun to jam along to though.
Just checked the latest 2023 SDRUM manual against my 2017 version and the bit about updating the SDRUM firmware has been removed (it was on page 35).
Cortek bought DigiTech/DOD from Samsung this year. We've been bringing back all the pedals that went out of production including the SDRUM. New Dev for the SDRUM is now a possibility again and we will look into what it would take to create new firmware.
@@crammojophilter Sounds good. Hopefully the older Digitech units will be able to use any new updates.
