Hair is definitely fixable you might be over or under-washing depending on your scalp. I have a naturally oily scalp so I have to shampoo daily, I've tried every 2-4 days before for years and my scalp was awfully flakey/itchy but I kept with it because everybody said washing daily wasn't normal. Now that I shampoo daily (no conditioner ever really) my scalp is never flakey, no dandruff and my scalp is now itch free, spot free and doesn't bother me at all and my hair looks healthier and feels healthier than ever. Just get up and shower right away and you'll just save yourself a days worth of itching and uncomfort. Try different brands and types depending on your hair type also.. coconut milk shampoo is my go-to.

also dont forget the importance of a dandruff shampoo. i thought it wouldnt help much but i basically kept on using a dandruff shampoo rather than a regular one (just to finish it) and after doing that for more than two months now, suddenly my scalp has been dandruff free for the past 3 weeks its so weird. ive had a dandruff issue for 5-6 years
@@Someone_ya I used some for awhile over regular shampoo too, but it started to dry out my scalp more. Dandruff shampoo is okay for a quick fix but it has a lot of harmful stuff in for your scalp, better to find a natural ingredients mixture or do a rinse at home with apple cider vinegar and stuff tbh. (I'd used H&S for like a year but probably hurt my scalp more with prolongued usage tbh and some condition also which I didn't need). Hair is definitely something to get checked out, find out your hair type and what works best for you and your scalp. Will save you money in the long run and any issues lmao.

hope nick knows that he can get a special shampoo for the dandruff issue, i have a special shampoo i have on prescription, that have made wonders to my skalp and face. he should just talk with his doctor about that.
ei what is your shampoo called? I have never had trouble with dandruff but after I turned 35 years old I swear my beard and head is starting to flake. I tried Head & Shoulders, but I don`t really buy the hype since I have heard many hairdressers talking down their products (but then again I only think they talk up and want to sell their expensive stuff so I don`t know). I honestly dont know what to do so I just started moisturising my skalp and beard.

There are multiple types of dandruf. One is because skin is too dry, one is because skin produces too much fat and fungi eats it. For the second case, kill it (with fire!) - you can literally use hand sanitizer (ethanol or isopropanol) especially when you have short hair like that.

Bro your skin is just too dry then. Don't wash your hair with shampoo every day. When you do wash it, put some oil in your hair after you're done. Like argan oil or something. Drink plenty of water too.
And yeah don't use a shampoo that's too aggressive. Head&Shoulders is a terrible idea, for that reason.

If your black you shouldn't be shampooing your hair daily you should be doing it weekly and using conditioner when you need to refresh your hair.

I have the same issue with the dead skin. It's not something off the shelf products fix. I eventually had to go see a doctor about it and the only solution is lots of antibiotics and cream.
