WoW! ...At 2:06 you can see the Entire Danish Navy all at once, lol :) Just teasing Denmark, it's a Beautiful Country! :) Hello from U.S.
Thanks for coming by! Greetings from Copenhagen 🇩🇰😊
Thank you, and, Tusind Tak fra u.s.a. ...a rare american who can speak some Dansk. lol :) Danmark at Heart. Love it. :) @@jmvlog143
@@worldsbestfun You can of course make fun of our Danish ( Military ) Navy all you want! Because it is indeed tiny nowadays. But historically, until 1807(!) it was one of the strongest Navies overall. There is a reason England in 1801 and again in 1807 went in and bombed, burned and stole the Danish Navy ( they feared Danmark would help Napoleon with that Navy! ). ---- As for merchant ships Danmark has "always" been, and still is in the top ten of seafaring nations ( in tonnage carried on Danish owned ships). A company like Maersk Lines is among the top 3 in container shipping worldwide. And that is just the largest of many Danisk shipping companies.
WoW! Thank You for the Fascinating History lesson. :) Very Interesting. By the way, I was not really making fun of the Navy, but rather just teasing, in a fun way. Much Respect for Danmark and Norway too, both my Home Countries by blood. Thank you again, for the history lesson, about Beautiful Danmark. :) Did you know that the King "Blue Tooth," was a Danish King about 1,000 years ago? ...The same "Bluetooth," we use today, world wide. He brought Danmark, Norway, and Sweden together, like the very first united nations. When the Swedish Invented the technology of Bluetooth back in the 90's, Ericksson I believe is their company name, they Honored the Danish king, Dansk Konge Bluetooth by naming the technology after him. Thought you might like to have a Good history lesson too, if you did not know that already. :) "Tusind Tak," for Replying to my post. Take care and Long Live the Beautiful Kingdom of Danmark. And Congratulations on Finally getting a New King. :) Take care youtube venner. :)@@k7u5r8t4
@@worldsbestfun Since you mention Norway they are actually HIGHER than Danmark is on that list of countries regarding tonnage carried on ships owned. And since Danmark and Norway was under one King until 1813, it came natural that the combined Navy of those countries was indeed quite strong back then. And yes, I obviously know the basics about our Danish history, also regarding Harald Blåtand etc. Also dark portions such as the fact, that a large portions of the slaves transported across the Atlantic was on Danish-Norwegian ships! But at least Danmark was the first country to abolish that Transatlantic slave trade. That was in 1792, in full effect from 1803. Slavery was outlawed in 1848. That was basically about "Jomfruøerne", the current US Virgin Islands!
I am interesting what are they going to eat?
I guess Vegetables
