The people whining about a coaster that isn’t even partially built yet is actually hilarious. Enthusiasts can be so childish. Since you already know it’s gonna be “sOooOOO bAaaD”, don’t ride it. Anyway, I got a nice view of the construction from The Fly yesterday!! I’m not upset about this at all, it’s fine as long as the coaster’s great. Your very reliable source is indeed very reliable 😂.

Gonna guess this might be Premier ride’s largest project to date.
They have multiple coasters over 200ft tall. And a ride over 4000 feet long.

Yeah, Zamperla could've just been a deal where Cedar Point was already looking at a Wicked Twister replacement and Zamperla pitched them a good deal for Top Thrill 2 and Wild Mouse that Intamin just couldn't beat post accident. Then the launched B&M was swapped to Kings Dominion and Canada's Wonderland was left hanging when they were promised a 2025 addition and Premier was the only option

Full Throttle cost $6 million. Pretty good bang for the buck. Should be interesting what they do with a significantly bigger budget.

Bingo. If this is like Ice Breaker but bigger it could be great and with a 48 inch height requirement if they leave off the comfort collars.
CF must be testing manufacturers to find some one to replace Intamin. They are trying to find someone that can make thrilling launch coasters and to bring diversity into their parks
im wondering if this is even a sort of requirement of interacting with the mountain. Not that Intimin couldnt do it, but Premier has more trains and track layouts that fit tight spaces. The requirement of shorter trains and tight turns is more Premiers cache.

Mack is a good equivalent to Intamin
@@ES-hd8xy Mack is one of the most expensive manufacturers out there though. And their launches are extremely lackluster.
They need to just get over themselves and bring back intamin. They’re vastly different now and it’s stupid that they’re still holding this grudge.
I hope the trains will have at least some decent room. I've heard they can be quite unforgiving for some (though I wouldn't mind comfort collars too much if need be). Maybe they go back to 2-row cars like Backlot Stunt
They were going pretty hard, yesterday. The team in Splash Works was also working on the landscaping for Moosehorn Falls (which, btw, I'm happy to confirm IS a family slide, so kids in the Green size should be able to ride as well - it's up on the Splash Works size chart by Barracuda Blaster).
And my anticipation level for this coaster just dropped to pretty much zero. I am sure this will be a hit with the general public but there is nothing about any premier Rollercoaster that gets me excited to ride it. Maybe this will surprise me once the details actually come out but as of now I will wait a couple of years before riding it.
Plus the smaller trains will probably mean a low capacity and that will make for extremely long lineups. Bad decision there given Wonderlands attendance.
What about the Mr freeze rides. Those are pretty fun. Also besides the restraints west coast racers is cool
@@camerondavis9055 I have been on the Mr. Freeze ride at Six Flags over Texas. It was good but was not too memorable.

I hope this coaster is more like a bigger west coast racers (not dulling obviously) without confort collars.
Full throttle is probably more closer to the ride experience. WCR is fun but very tamish. Full throttle is great ride just to short due to Six Flags limitations not Premiers.

@@troyvsc We don’t know how high thrill Canadas Wonderland is wanting it to be. If they want something friendly to everyone they could still aim at a West Coaster Racers meets Ice Breaker hybrid. Without comfort collars please.
People don't really give Premier Rides the credit they deserve. Premier Rides makes some solid roller coasters, so I have no complaints at all for Premier Rides.
The thing that worries me most about this is that the hourly capacities of Premier launch coasters are pretty horrible. Depending on the model we're looking at, we're talking 50% the hourly capacities of our big 3. And as we know, these already have long lines.
Add this to the fact that their trains are generally uncomfortable? Sounds like there's quite a mountain for Premier and Wonderland to climb with this 2025 project...
The fact that their trains are uncomfortable? That’s just opinion. I find their trains hard to get in and out of, and I can’t stand comfort collars, but while riding rides like Electric Eel, West Coast Racers, and Full Throttle, their trains ride smooth and well for me.
I leave my drawings out in the open all the time, but no one wants to see what the basement of a mausoleum looks like.

I'm going to assume this ride will probably have some kind of backwards launch spike element and then go forwards through the rest of the track since Premier really is into that lately.. It would be cool if they launched you up backwards out the top of the mountain into a spike, to come down into the rest of the ride. Then, later come into the bottom of the mountain again for a dark ride stop and relaunch into a top hat out of the mountain. Kind of like what happens with Full Throttle.
Would've preferred Intamin, but it's nice to see Cedar Fair work with another manufacturer they've never worked with. Curious how this layout will be since Premier rarely builds huge custom coasters.
Cedar Fair does work with premier rides both flight of fears and backlot are premier 😂

@@adamdurbin6895 lmao none of those were installed by Cedar Fair. All of those projects were done when the parks were owned by Paramount. Obviously Cedar Fair has worked with them when it comes to maintenance for all of those coasters, but this is the first ground up Premier Cedar Fair has ever installed.
@@adamdurbin6895 there are cedar fair parks with premier but they were all installed before cedar fair took over. Cedar fair has not purchased a coaster from premier before this, but they definitely worked somewhat with them.
@@reedspace8267 I don't think they'll do it for the loopers, but I do think they'll do it for their suspended coasters. I think that Cedar Fair is more the type to remove coasters like this instead of refurbishing them.
Was looking more into premier and came across their spaghetti bowl coaster, what are the chances that this could be a longer version of that, with the spaghetti bowl at Skyflier's plot of land?

@@briano9397 but zamperla launches won’t be the same. Like I rather a Full Throttle launch which is more intense then a Zamperla top thrill 2 style launch which is faster but too gradual

Daggit! I was really hoping for an Intamin. I’ve been on a few Premier rides and wasn’t too impressed. Hope this one is better
Don't underestimate premeir. Full throttle at SFMM is a great ride, too short but a great ride with good forces and smooth.
West coast racers at MM is damn good.

I thought Full Throttle was really good so I’m perfectly fine with Wonderland getting a Full Throttle that’s also a Full Ride.
I would’ve liked to see what Zamperla can do (even though they’re having issues with their trains) just because I do not like Premier trains. I did not like West Coast Racers but Full Throttle was short but sweet. Hopefully, this ride will be more like a Full Throttle extended.
What happened to the boxes with different languages on them?

If certain people are so upset, organize together, a group of people to all agree on not renewing or purchasing 2025 seasons passes and have it go viral. Otherwise, 🤐 and enjoy the ride.
Means they going to re-do Back Lot Stunt Coaster. Would be a cheap new and improved coaster to re-theme it and possibly change the launch to LSM.
I think Time Warp is impossible to remodel. There is no reason other than fix Time Warp to use Zamperla.
How powerful is Premier launch? I thought they are very weak.
It really depends on the type of ride, some ride models (ex. like Full Throttle) could be rather powerful whereas other models may be quite weak

LSM's are sourced/subcontracted out. There are a few companies that do all the LSM's essentially for the entire coaster industry.
This is going to be like Full Throttle? I live an hour from Magic Mountain and have ridden Full Throttle hundreds of times.

August 16th is Roller Coaster Day, so that's when I'd expect us to hear an announcement. I'm glad we're getting another large scale coaster at the park.

I honestly think Premier is a great choice! I’ve never been disappointed by them… but I do hope they’re working on a new train design that isn’t like an economy flight simulator.

I, like everyone, was hoping for Intamin, but I am so glad we're getting a Premier over a Zamperla. An untested model is not something I want for our biggest investment to date.
Commenting again that so many of y'all are babies acting as if Premier is gonna make a terrible ride. Yes, Intamin would've been a better choice, but acting as if this isn't still gonna be a fantastic coaster is silly. All of you rode one SkyRocket II and decided that's all they could do.

So I am assuming this gonna be west coast racers but on a bigger scale. I was team intamin for this project. Intamin does such a better job when it come to these large scale launch coasters.

Thought it would be Zamperla. I hate Premier trains. The ones on Ice Breaker at Seaworld Orlando are terrible. I am 6'2" and have a muscular build. The trains are so hard to get in and out of. The back pad sticks out so much that it pushes you forward awkwardly and is very uncomfortable. Although they did remove the comfort collars they are still some of the worst trains in the industry imo. Hope you guys don't get similar trains.

I haven't been on Full Throttle... the POV looks a bit lame... I can only hope they have an actual decent layout.

Im bummed out that it wasn’t Intamin BUT Premier isn’t bad at all. I’ve ridden Tigris and ice breaker over at Sea world, which are newer Premier rides and I found those to be very enjoyable.
I hope it’s nothing like those rides. Not a fan of rollbacks and any stops and starts. Just want it to blast out of the gate and build on that like Velocicoaster.

It’s honestly overrated it just feels like floater airtime but you’re being pulled up much harder.
@@briandevine8292 that's fine by me! It all depends on preference. Personally I find any kind of airtime to be fun, even at -0gs! Just sayin, I'd just like to experience a ride with back to back ejector hills for once, especially at my home park. I can't really afford to go to cedar point to ride Steve unfortunately so I'm just gonna have to wait and see what this park is gonna offer :)

Someone is getting fired from working for Canada’s Wonderland for leaking the information knowing that they’re working with Premier Rides.
It'll probably be a full throttle clone similar to the one at SFMM. I HIGHLY DOUBT that they're going to be doing any launches out of the top of the mountain however because cedar fair learned their lesson with the disaster that ultimately was volcano at KD.
Even though volcano wasn't commissioned by cedar fair it still proved to be a maintenance nightmare due in large part to it being difficult to inspect and repair inside of the mountain which was another reason why they ultimately removed it.
All of Premier’s latest projects have been hits. West Coast Racers, Full Throttle, the Sky Rocket IIs, Mr. Freeze, etc. I genuinely do not understand the hate this company gets.
The trains are a little tight with comfort collars, but I’m a large dude and they really don’t bother me.
If you were hoping for Zamperla, you’re delusional. They clearly have shown they can’t make rides at a larger scale.

@@Johnnyiswhere I've been on every single one of those, about 6 different sky rockets, both Mr. Freezes, 4 spaghetti bowls. While they aren't all duds, none are very good at all. Icebreaker is the closest one to a redeemable ride but it's a kids ride.
Custom Premier layouts are pretty good, and strike a balance between thrilling and family. Which is what Wonderland wants.
Stuff like West Coast racers and Ice Breaker. They also have a good track record with theming for regional parks.

Another Cedar Fair disaster waiting to happen..Instead of going with a manufacturer with verified experience they let companies use their parks as guinea pigs for their 1st time doing a particular style,height speed etc...This ride will be plagued by down time...I'll say it again,those in charge of CF coaster projects are doing the parks a disservice,doing we the visitors a disserve by letting their egos and hurt butt's dictate new attractions. Velocicoaster is a masterpiece,CF had the opportunity here to do something special but once again they disappoint

Premier layouts are bad imo. CF disappoints yet again. This is gonna be another very short ride with a mediocre layout.

I don't think premier is bad usually its there trains being very tight that's more so the problem and or that gets more complaints, but who knows they could get all new trains for all we know. Other than the second half Skyrocket at Kennywood is a great layout and a lot of fun

@@Duffster115 I guess it all comes down to preference. I haven't been to Kennywood, but I didn't like a single premier coaster ive been on. West coast racers was just trash and pointless. Full throttle was a waste of time waiting in the queue, cuz other than the surprisingly punchy launch, I thought the layout was just soooo bad with pointless elements and too short. Tempesto is trash. And obviously backlot is just pure garbage. I would say the mummy ride is my favorite premier ride but I wouldn't really consider that a thrill ride. I think most of the theming was done by universal creatives and the theming is what makes it good.
Yeah I know owners are independent parks that would be Silverwood Theme Park they had a park called lost island theme park downtown water park I Lost Island Water Park one of the best i know somebody in a pen and parks in the United States in Canada and Australia Dana Park is Rainbow theme park it's next Australia and I know some in Great Britain and your in Europe

I don’t get why so many people are being so entitled and negative about a ride they haven’t even seen the layout of yet 😂😂😂. There’s so many signs this is a rather sizable project, just have an open mind and give them the opportunity to impress! There’s a chance this could be a real winner and Premier could be modeling that they’re stepping their game up! Could easily be wrong, but it’s amazing how people write off something they haven’t even seen yet 😂😂😂

Hoping Premier have improved because I always hear their coasters like EpiQ coaster, Full Throttle and Ice Breaker have underwhelming elements/layouts. I’m sure they’re fun rides, but it seems these rides aren’t memorable. Also hoping for no comfort collars lol
Full throttle is bad ass but too short. West coast racers is pretty good because it's a dueling mobius loop. Ice breaker is a family thrill coaster so it wasn't meant to be extream
