- The parent of a Killeen Independent School District student in kindergarten, Joesph Baez, was escorted out of the July 13, 2023 School board meeting by law enforcement after School Board President Brett Williams ruled his comments as being “critical of someone by name”. Baez claims he will speak at every School Board meeting until KISD takes action.

Having personally dealt with Mr. Baez on multiple occasions. I have to say he is the most difficult human being I have ever had the DISPLEASURE of communicating.
He actually creates more barriers to success and additional pathways to failure in how he chooses to interact with people. I can honestly say I had lost days of sleep staying awake at night dreading having to interact with this man the next day.
I hope one day he can realize the error of his ways and whatever the issue that occurred with his child and school can be resolved in a professional and amicable way.

Now that you decided after all these years to make your presence and feelings known towards me, let's ensure that we provide the factual rest of the story.
The barriers to success that you are referring to is because you and your company were not successful in utilizing resources that neither you and/or your employer were authorized and approved to utilize and because it was me who discovered and brought to light what you and the employer were doing. That is also why you state the additional path to failure because you wanted me to just turn a blind eye and I would not compromise my integrity for you or anyone or anything for that matter. So yes, it was through my interaction with you and your company by blowing the whistle as to what was happening that resulted in your failure which was to get away with using resources that were not authorized and approved to utilize beforehand.
Also, I am sorry to hear that you loss sleep because I was successful in proving that you and your company were doing things without prior authorization and because of that, you and the company failed.
So yes! You dreaded having to interact with me, "this man", because I was good at my job and what I did and I would not allow you and your employer to proceed with getting away with your unapproved and unauthorized practices without me doing my due diligence in my duties and responsibilities for my employer. Trust me, I still have all the documentation to prove this correct which would also confirm your name.
As for the error of my ways, me being successful and not be a failure is not an error for me and I exposing what you and your employer were doing is not an error of my ways either.
As for what occurred with my child and school can be proven which was the fact that my child's kindergarten teacher harassed, abused and bullied him in his classroom with my child's classmates present. Which was confirmed to another parent when their brave child, upon being dismissed form school, informed their parent what occurred to my child because the student found it to be alarming and disturbing. Upon hearing this from their child, then the parent immediately notified us of what was shared with them by their child because they found what happened to my child alarming and disturbing as well.
So I am sorry that you do not have compassion for a child or children for that matter, that have endured harassment, abuse and bullying form their teacher. The very educator who should be protecting our children from these very malicious acts.
As for resolving it in a professional and amicable way, I have been doing this for 155 days now which is 155 days after this harassment, abuse and bullying happen to my child by the kindergarten teacher.
So please, let's not be subjective and be objective with what occurred in the video because there was no reason for me to be removed because I did not violate any policy. I was removed by people like yourself because they could not be mature enough to accept what they are respectfully being informed and hearing because they know I am right and they don't want to listen to the truth by someone pointing it out.

@@jstackpoker I appreciate your last remark and I believed that came from the heart. It would have been nice if that was your response and support from the beginning. I do know that if what happened to my child happened to any of your children, I would have been very supportive and wished you the same. Mr. B!
