As someone who is learning Japanese and loves cocktails, this channel is amazing for me to practice reading while also being entertaining by excellent craftsmanship. I love these.
After binge watching hundreds of these, i still dont know how people even come up with these fancy and complex drinks, or how they even have this skill
practice, and obviously tasting/drinking lots of drinks and various liquor from around the world! bartending doesn't have to be vodka redbulls at the local dive. it's an art within its own right.
@@princepsangelusmors That sounds delicious. The "Noble rot" wines I find near home tend to be ice wines, so they are very sweet; almost like a syrup. Do you imagine using it as a unique sweetener in your recipes?
Japanese bartenders are so perfectly efficient. No wasted time, but they also aren’t in a hurry. So great to watch.

I've never seen "noble rot" wine used in a cocktail before; it's quite rare where I live. It's really good stuff if you can find it.
I never heard of it either, and immediately started writing cocktails with it because it's such a genius concept
