These look fab! Have you tried tiny nail scissors / baby nail cutting scissors for the tiny fix-ups of fringes? I bet they'd work really well. Appreciate all the guidance!

Yass !! Im so happy for this video! I recently got a first edition Jade and her bangs/fringe is okay but not good ! Oh ! I have a small tip for you! When i cut my dolls hair etc .. I use manicure scissors they sometime come in a small mini manicur kit !👌

Love this!! This was literally so helpful what a life saver 😂 I recently bought a princess Yasmine on eBay in perfect condition except for her bangs they’re not cut or anything they’re just so jacket up!! But now I know how to fix it!! Tysm!

Lish Rands I suggest using the diluted gel in a spray bottle & mist a small amount over the hair and comb through remember more water than gel though! 💕

This is a good idea. I just was cleaning some thrift store Barbies and I messed up the fringe after I boil washed my doll. I am going to try your technique next time

Great tutorial! Thank you! Your dolls look amazing. I have a larger 22" doll from the early 90s with curly hair and curly bangs/fringe. Her hair is a complete mess especially the short bangs. Her hair has three sections, the fringe, a partial updo part held up with a clips with a bow and a long section as well. I failed to separate the updo part when I took out her clip. Anyway, I want to do the hot water things and pin curl her hair, and get it back to the original look as much as possible but I have no clue how to curl the bangs without them getting that Cabbage patch kid look.

I forgot to keep my Bratz Babyz Hair Flair Dana's hair section separate where it raps around her hair to create that classic Bratz ponytail. But I did manage to complete her hairstyle nicely, I sectioned off the hair where she was rooted as well, now she looks stunning! 😘

I’m trying this for my OMG dolls cause oof.... some of their bangs are tragic. It’s a little hard because since their heads are so big the elastic wants to slide off so I had to use a slightly larger hair band, I hope it works just as well.
