Charyn National Park officially, Charyn Canyon National Nature Park is a national park in Kazakhstan, stretching along the Charyn River, including Charyn Canyon. The Canyon, with its thinly stratified red sedimentary rock, is said to resemble the Grand Canyon in the US; it is however smaller - 50 km from end to end.
Kaindy Lake is an idyllic mountain lake in Kazakhstan’s portion of the Tian Shan Mountains, close to the country’s largest city, Almaty. The lake was formed after an earthquake in 1911, which caused a major landslide, effectively creating a natural dam. Successively, rainwater filled the valley and created the lake.
I think even better as from there you can reach Kolsai lake by foot in 2-2,5 h or by horse in 1,5-2h. Take a horse - it is safe, not difficult and great fun.
Kolsay Lakes National Park is located on the north slope of the Tian Shan Mountains, southeast Kazakhstan. Often referred to as "Pearls of Tien Shan", the park's main feature are the Kolsay Lakes located between the Raiymbek District and Talgar District of Almaty Region. The scenic Lake Kaindy is also within the park

Air BnB വഴി ഒരു വീട്ടിൽ ആയിരുന്നു താമസിച്ചത്. അധികം പൈസ ചിലവഴിക്കാൻ താൽപര്യം ഇല്ലാത്തതിനാൽ Qaganat ക്യാൻ്റീൻ പോലുള സ്ഥലത്തു നിന്നാണ് ഭക്ഷണം കഴിച്ചത്. നല്ല ഭക്ഷണം കുറഞ്ഞ ചിലവിൽ കിട്ടും അവിടെ. പ്രത്യേകിച്ച് breakfast. പിന്നെ അൽ മാട്ടി സിറ്റി എന്നു പറയുന്നത് സ്ക്വയർ ആയിട്ടുള്ള city ആണ്.cathedral , Green market, Arsan Bath, Koke tobe, park, metro ,Mosque, walk street, museum of instruments, independence park, പോലുള്ള എല്ലാം അടുത്താണ്. നടക്കാൻ താൽപര്യമുണ്ടെങ്കിൽ നടന്ന് എത്താവുന്ന ദൂരമേയുള്ളു. ഞങ്ങൾ taxi യൊ Sim card യും എടുത്തില്ല. cityക്ക് പുറത്ത് പോകാൻ ഒരു ഏജന്റിന്റെ സഹായം തേടി. പോകും മുൻപ് ഏതൊക്കെയാണ് കാണേണ്ടത് പോകേണ്ടത് എന്ന് നോക്കിയാൽ എല്ലാം കണ്ട് വരാം. പൊതുവെ ആരും പോകാത്ത Issyk Lake കാണണും എന്നാണ് എന്റെ suggestion. Koke tobe ക്ക് അടുത്ത് Navat Restaurant ഉണ്ട്. പിന്നെ ഭക്ഷണം (packet snacks, lays .etc)മും Kazakhstan chocolate ളും magnum പോലുള്ള സൂപ്പർ മാർക്കറ്റിൽ കമ്പനി ഷോ റൂമിനേക്കാൾ വില കുറച്ച് കിട്ടും. ഞങ്ങൾ 14th Octobe ൽ ആണ് തിരിച്ച് എത്തിയത് അന്ന് ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് ശേഷം അവിടെ മഴയായിരുന്നു . പോകും മുൻപ് climate condition നോക്കുന്നത് നല്ലതായിരിക്കും
