Have been waiting for long to see a correct Urhobo/Isoko owho soup recipe n cooking style on RUclips. This is the best n the way I know that owho soup is made. My Akwa Ibom mom who is married to my Isoko dad will add a little water leaves at the end n this takes it to a different level. Trust Calabar people not to play with their leaf greens.

I have been looking for a way to prepare this soup, since i traveled to Delta state 2009 a lady gave it to me. I was not there when she it, if i for learn but if this the way to do it, am in the kitchen already.

There's one urhobo food they call it kwaker I don't know if anyone knows it here
I know it. It's one of my favorite food also. It's made with corn and ripe plantain , and wrapped with leaf. The kind of leaf they use to wrap rice and moi moi.
