Alot of people who are "waking up" are being called out by Christ.
Many of them hear the Son calling out, "Follow Me!"
Jesus wants to lead all TO the Father, and AWAY FROM false Jehovah of Watchtower.

I was D/FD in 2021 at age 74 , I was recuperating from Cancer in diagnosed in 2019. I took the opportunity of studying my religion in good faith whilst recuperating . I then had some questions as a result, and was discussing with a "Elder Friend" certain aspects. Next thing I was D/FD for dispensing apostate ideas.
I’m so sorry for both experiences: your health and the betrayal of the supervisor (I mean elder).
Just hope you get well in health and find peace and forgiveness to this elder that he is just following what he thinks it’s correct.
Be safe, follow medical instructions and be happy! We are many waking up and most of us pray for many more to wake up and find their happiness!

I would be interested in knowing what apostate ideas you were accused of dispensing and how you were doing it.
Members for the most part do not get removed for private conversations that could be construed as apostate.
During my convalescence after Cancer treatment, I took the opportunity of really studying my Religion with good intent. One question that had always bothered me was that all but dedicated witness's would be exterminated, was incorrect. I questioned the almost divine status bestowed on the GB(I was Baptised in 1969} and had never seen or heard of them except as a few anointed people who were guided by Jehovah. After the first Broadcast I ever had seen, about Birthdays, where the Presenter downright lied to the Kid. This was in a brothers house by invitation, where I outrightly said." That guy lied" .Blood Transfusions, of and on, then particles. This was made clear went I had my Cancer Operation by the Anesthetist, who kindly said," It is unlikely that you will need blood. I respect your right to refuse blood, however are you aware that your declaration allows you to have all the components of a sandwich's pieces , but you may not put it together to eat it". WOW! he also said the Medical staff including himself have been so very saddened and affected, watching children die, the terrible sight of the parents , after the death, who the generally felt so guilty ,knowing it was the wrong choice. That " Friend" reported mr to the Body
I jumped the gun and started commenting like I’m watching a live stream. Everything you both said is facts. Y’all need to do a live so we can talk! Lol I walked away 2021. The mental journey has been difficult because the anger lingered so long. Watching exJW videos has been very helpful. Thank you for sharing!

I forgot about that part, but keeping the friends living in fear is one of the ways they keep mind control. After I left, I remember taking a shower and closing my eyes and not being afraid. It happened without me thinking about it. That’s when I realized how in fear I was living.
Your video is very wholesome, my wife left me because I woke up years ago and she always tells our children that I won't enter Paradise. Being a witness is very toxic for family members outside your beliefs

Need to congratulate both! I woke up by the end of 2018. My husband in 2020 (pandemic time) we have faded. Later that year my oldest daughter woke up! And this year, I’m so happy to say that my other daughter and her “elder” husband woke up!
And while we talk as a family about this, we realize that now our focus is to be better human beings everyday! And respect each others path and thoughts.
And now we are happier as a family than when we were JWs! Not everything is about preaching, meetings, studying, positions and worst of all: the criticism and judging and gossiping is no longer in our conversations !
Is about US as individuals, our real personalities and we love eachother for what we are not what we do!

I felt so much guilt about not officially making a letter of disassociation. I’m so glad I never did; I don’t owe them anything.
Facts, you don’t owe them an explanation
In my case, I never believed to write a letter. Following an org rule! I didn’t do a letter when I left catholism when I change to JW, why should si now.
It doesn’t bother me if they keep me in the inactive file as long as Watchtower leaves me alone and my awakened husband SS nd and children !

My husband shared this video with me. We both had that feeling of wanting to write a letter. Thank you for sharing your personal experience. It helps to know there are many of us in the same situation. We both have faded and haven't been to a meeting since 2019. We are still detoxing from a whole life of being controlled with fear and manipulation. Thankfully we are a better couple now that the org is no longer causing divisions in our marriage.

I love the encouragement you both are providing for individuals that need it… Im a Believer/ Christian and I never understood why my 2 JW friends in school couldn’t go to church with me or even come to my birthday parties also We had to be secret friends from their parents.. my mom tried to help me understand… those friends eventually left the JW religion as we got older (their parents too) and they FINALLY came to youth Sunday with me at my church… they loved it 😊 so glad we got to fellowship together before we all left for college
I am soooooo thankful to have found your channel. Thank you for making a channel to help others understand. My sister is a JW and I am trying to understand her... I have not saw her since 2008. She calls me randomly and is usually drunk or really buzzed. Her very physically abusive husband doesn't speak to us via phone, and my niece hates me because of all the hateful things they have probably brainwashed her with. She's has chosen Me out of my 2 sisters to refuse to speak to??? Our parent's passed away and my sister never showed up... We were all so close at one point but things changed in 2004 for the worst. My nephew recently had a wedding...She didn't show up. I subscribed to try to understand her and to hear your journey. GOD BLESS YOU... thank you for sharing this knowledge. Its hard even talking to her sometimes so I don't answer the phone at times. The conversation is so phony or just crazy. I'm so disappointed at her.

Man I felt and thought the same about religion after leaving the organization. I know my younger brother tripped out when I told him that I lost all faith in the Bible. A lot of the stories in it just don't make sense. Great to watch you and your wife share your stories!

The original bible is still the word of God but a organization is made up of human beings so put your faith in God and his word not in men.
I have read the Bible through several times and I love the wisdom it brings and peace. I find the narratives fascinating and it has never undermined my faith in God. It doesn't go 'over' everyone's head. Each to their own

To get the true understanding, thank you both of you. I wish I met you too I had not even know that there were people on social media talking the truth about the truth, no idea. This past couple months woke me up. I left the organization years ago, but somehow you still attach because of your family hearing you too. I personally felt a lot of guilt after waking up. I had family and friends young and old waiting for “paradise” to have children, build a home, etc. I still feel so sad for them. A lot of my old witness friends never even went to college because they think the “end is near”. It’s so sad.
I agree, It’s extremely sad. There’s so much talent as well that is wasted within that organization. It’s awful. And if you can’t just go and tell them everything you learned because then you are just the crazy apostate
Yup, I desperately wanted to have a family so just "looked ahead" to the "new world" and was so scare mongered against bringing kids into this awful world. I just gave up on it. So so happy and glad I didn't let it stop me, I'm now sitting with my beautiful 5 month old daughter 🙏🏼🥰
Words like Condition & brainwashing suit perfectly what people go through. when being indoctrinated into any religious organization (it’s so scary and sad that they do this children). It takes courage to ask questions. It takes courage to walk away from obvious destructive mental manipulation and habits. It takes courage to think for yourself. I congratulate both of these human beings for having the courage to set themselves free. Because only they could’ve set themselves free. By applying reason, logic, empathy & doing research. I remember as a child loving music, and AS A CHILD I wrote a lil song about loving god😂🤦🏻♀️and my parents screamed at me because it was satanic for me to write songs for god, all the songs have to come from watch tower… definitely traumatized me. I have lots of more stories
One of the reasons I left is for the fact, that the only reason I was invited to someone house was to bring a dish. I was alone in the religion and I was not really cared for. So I did not lose anything when I faded away. However, I felt that God had left me. For years I felt that way.
Right now, I am the closest to God like never before. 🙏🏻🕊🙏🏻🕊🙏🏻🕊🙏🏻🕊

So many bad things happend to me, because I wanted to be humble and couldnt stand up for my self (only for my religion). So I treated me last, the others do the same with me! I do not felt what I needed! After almost 2 years I became aware of that. I always tryed to put others first and was so much exhausted. And then to hear: „you should do more and you will receive blessings…“ so I became a pioneer. But I looked around and saw a turn around world: happy family people, they got married, have fun, have kids, by houses, make it beautiful inside, make money and they are JW too, but not so active,.. less commentary, less service etc. and I asked myself could this be Satan? How twisted my mind was! How crazy! Like Satan would try to steal them from the congregations with blessings!? With good jobs and a happy family? I became sick and ill, physically and mentally. You two are so strong. You say you learned good things from it. I feel the same way. I became a better person. But I wish, I could choose this way freely and not because I was brainwashed into a Illusion! The thing that makes me sad and bitter is, they believe in their „truth“ and I can not make them responsible for anything! I carry all the responsibility for what I ve done! Its horrible for me! I would like to share the responsibility with the organisation!

I’m so glad you met with your family after 10 years! Yes, that’s another fact: being a JW, we pushed family members away, we loose so many memories that we could’ve built, but good news now: it’s time to reconnect and those family members and old friends always have open arms!

Entering you both said was sooooo true! I'm still facing challenges from my mom and brother who are still witnesses! My brother was just reinstated in Germany with his new wife and my mom rubs it in my face but I'm happy living my life and it is just so unacceptable in my mom eyes and brother doesn't talk to me at all but I'm cool with that too!!🤦🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️ oh well, moving right along!

You're two lovely young people, called out by God to do something greater, maybe in part helping others to transition between the organisation and the wider world, as it is so shocking for so many. My experience with JW is that they are mostly genuinely nice and helpful people who still carry some kinda idealism and wanna share the message of 'eternal paradise' with everyone... Sadly the organisation that feels so much like a sanctuary to good people in the beginning, then becomes the very thing that ends up suffocating them... which leaves them in so much confusion. Mind control by fear in whichever context is NOT OF GOD, He wants people to step into their own self authority as a sovereign spiritual being having a human experience. Question everything and choose what resonates with you personally, there's NO ONE WAY THAT FITS ALL, everyone's journey with God is different and highly individual. Keep up the positive vibe, you're rocking it!

When I first started fading I always wondered why I felt so much peace within myself and not shame like I was supposed to feel if I skipped meetings and service!! For the first time in years I no longer needed to drink alcohol and started working out again since they discouraged me from working out and lifting weights. I feel so good and no longer drink.
So happy for you. That is true growth and true happiness. Ridding yourself of vices since the source of your issues was gone 🙌🏽

I was in for 49 years. Indoctrination started for me at 3 years of age. As an elder a did some bad stuff for the watchtower. I have been out for 10 years now. What is my reward for all those years serving a corporation? Armageddon and judicial committee nightmares. I wake up in a sweat. Some of the judicial committees I was involved in went against my conscience. But I was still a yes men for the corporation. I hate the watchtower. By the way, I have not had contact with family for many years now. No such thing as soft shunning with my watchtower family. Thank you for sharing your experiences. Greetings from Colorado. 🙋

Love you guys! I took a more spiritual path also when I left. Totally my own opinion, but I think God isn't a religion and doesn't care what you call him/her, just love & help one another. I have friends that are atheists, too, totally get that. We all have our own journeys.
With all my "control" triggers, I finally found a local church that accepts EVERYONE (gay, purple, etc.) and does a lot of community outreach programs to volunteer for. Before every service, they say "take what you will, ponder the rest" 😊 If I miss a month of Sundays, no one is calling me, but next time genuinely says "we missed you!" (took me awhile to not get triggered with that one 😂)
Thank you so much for your video. I am still coping with all the mental rules from JW's and am feeling regrets from past decisions. My father was disfellowshiped and was not allowed to see him. He has now passed away and the guilt I have is very heavy. JW orginazation had manipulated my life for 45+ years.
No worries! They teach us that once we pass away that we no longer exist but that is far from true. Your father understands and forgives you because you only did what you thought was the right thing. I suffered from the same guilt when my grandmother passed away. I was exhausted from the meetings and lifestyle and began to distance myself from the family while she was sick. she kept trying to call and check on me and encourage me to go to the meetings but I was mentally exhausted and didn’t feel like explaining why I was missing meetings. We reconnected right before she passed and the guilt haunted me for years but I understand that she forgives me for it and has helped me get out of the religion. Maybe your father is helping guide you to real freedom.

You are the cutest couple! I am so glad you both woke up when you are young. I was born in to the JW’s in 1960. Many years were wasted my self esteem was ruined. My whole family was in . Three generations, J W’s are never your friend. After leaving I will never go to a church. You develop your own relationship with God. I have many stories to tell . The CSA is horrible at Watch Tower.

So one day that really hurt me and I could not believe is when I ask my uncle for something and I was a child my uncle had the nerve to tell me because I was not a Jehovah witness, he cannot help me, and from that day forward, I never believed in the organization.

As JWs, we were called sheep and the elders were referred to as Shepherds. They were “shepherding the flock” 🤦🏽♀️ Looking back now, that’s cringe worthy! Blindly being led without even questioning anything!🤬
For those who entered from the world (not born in.) You’re talking about the“ Love Bombing” technic.That’s what they do in the beginning. After they have you emotionally & psychologically hooked, and you believe you have all these wonderful, new, loving supportive friends, it stops and you don’t know why. Half the people if not more, that had lured and baited you in move on. You’re always wondering “ok what did I do that I’m not feeling that anymore?” You’ve entered the second phase of receiving constant instruction, nit picking, and criticisms. It becomes an endless life of looking to fix and find that good feeling they baited you with in the beginning. And your entire self worth becomes the approval of others, “the organization.” The org in which they have you psychologically convinced,that its approval means Gods approval.

The law of assumptions was what woke me up last year. Then i really knew the fear really instilled in us its pathetic. I hit rock bottom i had many questions that they couldn't answer its just God that showed me the light. I am God tho. Pure consciousness. I listen to my heart and intuition exclusively period 💅🏼

I've been watching your videos a lot the past few days, I really enjoy the energy you both bring. This was a video I needed to see today, I've been dealing with the emotions of leaving JW. I feel like I know it's the right thing to do in my heart, to just leave. a small part of me feels like wait what if I'm wrong and I'm committing the biggest sin, so it brings some fear but like I said I feel in my heart I know the truth and this new truth is not the same as the JW truth. It also makes me feel a little lost, like when it comes to praying, who am I even praying to ( what god, what name) am I supposed to change what I say since JW have their own way/words you need to say in prayer. I was born in to JW and I have to say I grew up with such fear in life, like I was always waiting to die, embarrassed of our ways, esp in school being singled out when it came to things like the pledge of allegiance, having the rest of the class look at you like what's her problem, she thinks she is to good or what..is how I felt. I'm starting to feel like you both and it being more about a spiritual thing for me.
Congrats on waking up and escaping! We have a ton of videos on a lot of topics that will help you because we all went through similar feelings. It’s a bit of relief knowing you don’t have to abide by those crazy rules but then it’s the feeling of shock, feeling lost and alone that follows it. We’ve all been there and we can honestly tell you it gets better overtime and you’ll be fine. You’re going through a spiritual awakening. You can look up videos on RUclips to help walk you through the experience because it’s a common thing.
Just a thought on the “letter of disassociation” i could be way out , but personally i feel they document this letter , in case the person who leaves starts a lawsuit against the org at a later date , then the org can claim they aren’t members of the religion. Could be wrong, but personally id advise never playing their game

Omgeeee i did always feel terrible like everyday could be the last day and these dreams of Armageddon. But I don’t feel afraid anymore. I know I’m doing good and a good person and that’s all I can be. I don’t even feel judgmental anymore towards people like I used to
I have a few nieces and one of them is at that preteen age where she thinks everybody is her friend.. I had to tell her “them not yo friends.. stay away from bucket heads” she said “what is a bucket head?” I was like “IT MEANS THEM AINT YOU REAL FRIENDS” she was like “those are my friends.. don’t make fun of them!” I told her “I know bucket heads when I see them .. don’t find out the hard way!” 🤷🏾♂️.. young people really think they friends but it’s head azzery and bucket head activity happening in the background.
Unfortunately everybody is brainwashed into what to think and what to deny so it’s like talking to a wall trying to convince simple logic smh
I love you two. You are so real and "normal". I enjoyed your 2 vids about leaving JWs and your comments really resonated with me. I have been completely out for many many years and just in the last year I have begun to reach out to other Ex JWs. To watch the videos of those who are out for whatever reason.
The video that struck me the most, though, was the series with Leah Remini and Scientology. I learned so much, but was truly startled to see that she had included an episode at the end concerning JWs and the devastation that was wrought on the ex-JW guests she spoke to and it hit home so hard.
I have not stopped researching since then.

That’s the crazy part for me. I grew up in it. They made me feel like I was this really bad person. I was suuuuuch a good kid but I always felt like I was walking on eggshells. I felt like I was living a double life like even my personality was bad!!!! It’s crazy!!!! I was disfellowshipped and then also reinstated and the left becoming inactive. Everyone was so hypocritical and manipulative and it wasn’t healthy. I was even in an abusive relationship and I went to the elders and they did noooothing and didn’t come back to “shepherd me” or have comfort! Im soooooooo glad and feel relieved I left. I am still spiritual but I don’t want to be part of an organization that is in your head. I still have my beliefs but still.
I’m sorry to hear that! Unfortunately many of us share the same story of being mistreated in the organization and it drives us out. At least you’re free! It’s so much more to life

People at the Kingdom Hall are like "work friends" if that. You have your regular friends that you hang out with and then you have the work friends, the ones that you still have to watch what you say around or it may get back to the boss.

I had other witnesses do the same to me with unfollowing me on social media when I moved away. I don’t know if they were spreading rumors or what. The crazy thing is the ones that were doing it were the dirtiest ones that I knew first hand dirt on. The ones openly fornicating, smoking w33d and talking about it within the little friend groups. I was married but married a non witness and all the sudden random witnesses years down the line started removing me from their friends. But always the ones that were forever getting in trouble themselves.

I woke up when i was in a psych ward. I called the elders for support and the elder asked me what i did against Jehovah to make me so upset that i admitted myself to hospital. I was shocked!!!! I was in there for depression and suicidal thoughts. I was a devoted JW. I had done nothing!!!!!!

True story!
I watch a lot of videos of Jehovah Witness' that have awakened although my family has never been JW's, except for my uncle's wife who he married as a Christian woman who shortly after getting married joined JW. When they had children she raised them as JW's and prevented him from taking them to church. She tried to create a wedge between the rest of the family but we never let go. Anyway, we have always and still kept them in prayer that they will leave this cult, but it's very hard to see people you love involved in this knowing that it is a cult. This is one of the reasons why they try to prevent JW's from reading the Bible on their own, and dissuading members from pursuing education. Anyway, God Bless you and i'm glad you have seen the light. I understand that religion is something that you no longer want to be a part of, but start reading the HOLY BIBLE for yourself and get to know God for yourself. Remember there is a reason why they refer to JW as an organization because that's exactly what it is. Its about the organization not about having a relationship with Jesus Christ. If you watch other videos some people explain why they use the music they do, no facial hair, why they participate in the United Nations, hid the sexual abuse, why they don't want you associating with others outside of the organization. It has been known as a racist organization by some because of their practices. Anyway, always remember knowledge is power and as long as they can prevent you from getting knowledge they will alway hold you captive. I praise God that you woke up!! I hope I have not said anything offense and just wanted to encourage you on this new journey.

His wife thinks she’s doing the right thing but she’s being taught wrong by a cult and it sucks seeing people being brainwashed. We looked at Christianity as a whole when we left and it’s something we don’t believe in but we support everyone else who finds happiness in their religion. We appreciate the feedback!
