Thanks for another informative video. Do you anchor the prosthesis to any structure within the scrotum? In the old days women with breast implants used to develop a kind of fibrotic covering over the implant. Does this happen with testicular prostheses?

I got an implant and I look and feel much better since then. I'm not sure if a real testicle transplant is possible but I would really like to have a real one back, even by knowing it's not mine and that it would produce some else's sperm.
