When I saw Nadia's insta story it made me cry, she just looked totally broken. What an incredible testimony to her endurance and refusal to quit, you can see how far past her limit this pushed her and she didn't give up. She's an amazing human being, as are all those who did it with her. I feel immensely proud, I can't imagine how Mark and the girls must feel. Good on you Nads, you're amazing ❤️

I am of nads . Those insta stories showed a real raw emotion of what she had just put herself through emotionally and physically . What I love about Nadia is her determination and passion she puts into everything she does . She has put in so much hard work for this trek , gotten to know her team and raised an amazing amount of money for a bloody good cause and that is something really truly special . But saying all this can we have her back now please I miss her 😂💛 ! Ps: Mark you are smashing the cooking haha !!! You’ve done yourself proud !! Hope you’ve had a good week despite missing nads !! The fish looked delicious Mark, obviously the oiling made a huge difference🤣. The exhibition looked amazing. Heart went out to Nadia, all the ladies should be so proud of themselves, they’re struggling, but not giving up and how brave especially the ones still going through treatment. Well done to them all.

Halloween seemed big enough here in N. Ireland this year. Agree with Maddie that people need to chill and let Christmas happen in December. It's all the hype from the retailers etc. I have one daughter's birthday in November and my nephew and other daughter in December too so I just like November to be a chilled month!

Thanksgiving = 4th Thursday in November (so this year it's the 28th). You can celebrate it with me since I'm always alone on that day! I usually just watch the Macy's parade and then carry on like it's a regular day... I can hear Nads now "Maaaark, you're going to attract WEIRDOS!" Oiling fetishists!! 😂 Awww so proud of Nadia for what she's accomplished. As horribly difficult as it sounds like it was, she DID IT! Not many people can say the same!! She deserves a huge round of applause (and some deep tissue massages when she gets home!) xx

Maybe it's because I work with young children so I don't have a choice in talking about Christmas early, I have learnt to accept it but I don't mind it, for alot of of people Christmas might be the one thing the have to look forward to and in a world in which we tend to be surrounded alot of negativity who am I to take someone's source of joy.

Please tell kiki from someone who knows that dying your hair weakens it. She is way too young to be dying her hair. I started at 30 am now 40 odd and the hair weakens from the root so hair appears thinner. Never a good look especially in someone young and beautiful. Perfect as she is😊

I went to that exhibition 3 weeks ago and everybody was going through the middle. Maybe somebody fell over and they stopped people going through. I did get told off for stepping over a long concrete beam on the floor though! I was told to not step over the art. 😂

Maddie is a girl after my own heart. I won't even have the C word spoken in the house till November. My local Sainsbury's was dismantling the Halloween displays and putting Xmas stuff up at 3pm on the 31st (I was raging because last minute Nelly here hadn't got the stuff for our Halloween party).
Twice the height of Ben Nevis absolutely amazing! Still can't get over the trek Nadia is doing with the girls! I am totally in awe of Nadia and the girls! It really does look so punishing! Sending them all huge positive energy to help carry them through and big hugs too!
Thank you for sharing the Antony Gormley exhibition. I live in Liverpool right next to the Another Place installation on Crosby beach, so for me it was particularly interesting. Unfortunately I'm unable to get to London atm so this made up for it !

I can't watch Mark oil a fish or a chicken but it does seem to cheer him up, that's what matters. And good job with the cooking.
Too many people have had near death experiences and out of body experiences for there to be nothing after death.
I like how Kiki's so happy to be going trick-or-treating with her cow outfit. But Mark has to question if it's the right choice. Like the kids agreed it doesn't have to be scary. You just have to have a good costume.
