Nads- every Sunday night I get stressed about work for no reason!. I can’t sleep, sweat and I end up with 2-3 hrs sleep! When I get to work I end up,being fine except from being a bit tired. So your predicament is natural. Most of my work colleagues go through the same thing.

I cannot begin to tell you all, how much I ADORE your videos! The whole family are just great and your all just my kind of people! I was born in the uk, but moved to Sweden when I was about 23. Sweden is beautiful, the people however take an ETERNITY to get to know (although they are very nice, well educated with mostly liberal minds!) but having lived here for 30 + years, I’m beginning to miss the spontaneous, joy that quite a lot of the time can be found in other countries. I AM Swedish now, but I don’t feel Swedish OR British! I’m happily married with 2 adult daughters, one dog, 2 cats, one of which is deaf!....but oh so sweet! Anyway, just wanted to have a little “wine & a moan” and it’s helped....Thanks peeps! And I’m a new subscriber too! Just joined today...your very honored as I’m generally too tight (I come from Yorkshire!) to pay any other sites...even Eckhart Tolle! lol.
