- Ashburnham Centre Chelsea London 1998-07-18, This is a fast version of Cream's Deserted Cities Of The Heart love this version wish they recorded it on The BBM album oh well enjoy. Heard a rumor that Eric Clapton attended one of their Gigs, and was blown away by Gary's playing.
Jack Bruce - bass/vocal (rest in peace)
Gary Moore - guitar/vocal (rest in peace)
Gary Husbands - Drums
Just lets you how great CREAM was...how great Jack Bruce and Ginger Baker were. Old Slowhand was on fire without playing so damn fast.
Even playing the song 3 times too fast and Gary Moore viciously over-playing Jack still manages to sing and play like a jinn.
There is no substitute for a jazz background.
They were well - oiled here. Brilliant - and thanks for sharing!
i know im asking the wrong place but does anyone know a trick to log back into an instagram account?
I somehow lost my account password. I would appreciate any assistance you can offer me.

@Elliot Jerome it worked and I now got access to my account again. I am so happy:D
Thanks so much you saved my account!
@Nickolas Reuben You are welcome =)
Jack Bruce was just incomparable. Trained at the Royal Academy of Music in Scotland. And had a great voice, especially during the days of Cream
His voice never changed much to these ears, witness this recording 30 years on.
Jack went off on a Jazz free for all during the middle.
great song! also check out the version on 'Live Cream Volume 2' - features Ginger Baker in his 'controlled avalanche' mode
Transcendent
Is the the bloke that played on Lou Reeds R&R animal album?
So damn HEAVY! Makes the version from “Wheels Of Fire” sound weak by comparison.
visceral
Lol Gary's husband! No, there's, 2 Gary's. Both without husbands apart from Gary Husbands last name.
Some one took some meth. My favorite Cream song butchered at this speed.
garys..husband???what the hay???
Gary Husband. That's his name. Fine drummer (and keyboard player!). He was on Jack Bruce's 50th Birthday concert too, although he didn't play with Gary Moore at that night. He was, however, later part of Gary Moore's band for the Dark Days in Paradise album and tour.
Don't believe that is Ginger on drums.
Nice.
That is not Ginger. (Billy?)
+Walter Goldstein Its Gary Husband On Drums
It's Ginger.
It's Ginger.
