This is a perfect example on what needs to change in chess. Limit the number of checks in a row, for example 5 or move checks in a row, you lose. Need to man up the game of chess, so annoying when your opponent(usually losing), chain checks until you fall a sleep and make a mistake.

In FIDE tournaments Rapid means 15mins + 10seconds per move while Blitz is 3mins + 2seconds. More casually you might see Rapid and Blitz used to describe games with more starting minutes than the FIDE settings (I've seen Rapid as 20min or less and Blitz as 10 or less) but with no add-on per move (called an increment) because not everyone owns the fancy electronic clocks that can add the seconds per move.
It is not a technical draw if it's a three fold repetition, it's a technical draw if it's a five fold repetition. After three, the player on the move can claim a draw, he doesn't have to.

I think Magnus won't capture the queen but move the king closer to the two pawns and if white captures the queen then black's pawns will undouble. I think Levon thought it would be too risky or it wouldn't make a difference because after both players bring a queen into the game then it would be the same.
Maybe, but you don't ever need to win a game to raise your rating. All you need to do is tie people who are higher rated than you. I think you can become the highest rated player in the world just using this approach. How? You just work your way up to position #2 by tying the world champion often enough, then let the champ lose to the number 3 player a few times and you will be number one.
Towards the end there it puts me in mind of octopuses fighting with rapiers, one in each arm: thrust and stab and parry and skewer, all over the board. Too much for mortal man to take in.

after white B4, Qg2 ch, Qf2, Qg5 why white did not play Qe3 ch and black have to exchange the queens and white wins after that, am i missing something?
I think Magnus won't capture the queen but move the king closer to the two pawns and if white captures the queen then black's pawns will undouble. I think Levon thought it would be too risky or it wouldn't make a difference because after both players bring a queen into the game then it would be the same.

Maybe, but you don't ever need to win a game to raise your rating. All you need to do is tie people who are higher rated than you. I think you can become the highest rated player in the world just using this approach. How? You just work your way up to position #2 by tying the world champion often enough, then let the champ lose to the number 3 player a few times and you will be number one.
