I already bought it on Dhanteras, apart from not getting mobile charger and little less storage capacity i absolutely love the way it holds the road and sounds. As I buy alloy varient without disc , totally recommend.

I own Activa 125 BS-IV deluxe varient and it is performing great. It has a butter smooth engine. The only drawbacks are :
1) The rear break is hard - if you have a strong arm then it is not a problem. Also engaging break lock is difficult.
2) The tyres are not that grippy - it comes with TVS tyres.
3) The front disc brake is very sensitive - the front tyre not being grippy there are chances of skidding if applied forcefully.
4) The led headlight - it may seem to be bright in the initial stages but looses its brightness after a few months. Also it gets scattered under street lights and reduces visibility.
5) The scooter is a little bit heavier than other scooters - which is fine one will get used to it after riding for a few kms and is also good for stability on highways but it reduces the mileage at the cost of being heavy.
6) Cold start is a bit issue - you'll have to compulsory use choke if the scooter is not in use and standing still even for three days.
Where as the benefits are :
1) Butter smooth engine.
2) Power delivery is sufficient on highways though shown less on paper.
3) Long seat.
4) Does not require frequent oil changes.
5) Hooks for hanging shopping bags and groceries are placed very right ergonomically.
6) Has a design which will be fresh even after a decade
7) suspension is good - but can be improved.
NOTE : These are my personal opinions about the BS-IV Activa 125 and I assume that they are pretty much same in the BS-VI Activa 125. Because Honda being Honda will just add new features to the same old product and will never resolve the old problems.. Otherwise a great scooter.

What about plastic parts... In older models fibre parts tend to fade especially meter console area. It's a shame they provide small wheel at rear defenitely spoils balance and handling. Not a value for money scooter.
Also those parts start rattling after sometime and there is no solution for it.
@@J.Squared. No permanent solution at all...we have to replace repeatedly those parts spending our hard earned money.

My mother purchased Activa 125 and it's a very nice scooty give nice performance best in 125cc scooter
There should be no confusion, n torq is best in looks, performance and handling due to its bigger tyres and 12 inch rear rear wheel. It is not for only young people but all age group and ladies also. I think n torq is three steps ahead of activa because of tyre size (which improves handling) , features and looks.
I want to purchase this scooter since it was first launched on may 2019 & i have seen many reviews on bsvi activa 125 but your review is very unique from others it has cleared my all doubt now I go to purchase deluxe variant for sure. Thanks for the video👍

इस स्कूटर की बॉडी बहुत मज़बूत नही है, खराब रास्तों पर इसकी बॉडी से आवाज आना शुरू हो जाती है, फिर यह गाड़ी बार बार मैकेनिक से चैक करानी पड़ती है। इसकी ownership मेरे लिए कोई खास नही रही। इसके पार्ट्स में जंग भी बहुत जल्दी लगती है। मैं आशा करता हूँ इस अपडेट में कंपनी ने इस पर ध्यान दिया होगा।

Honda activa is best scooter but I'm very despited with rear wheel tyre size it still 10 in bs6 model ,i suggest Honda change the rear wheel and go with 12 inch tyre size ,it helps to improve ride quality better than the old one

Maestro Edge doesn't have a dedicated switch like the Activa 125.
