Sometimes things are bottled up & do get out of hand. I am glad you addressed the issue and are moving on. You have worked hard and earned all your success. You do not owe any explanation about your business or the bottom line to anybody ( including your followers). You provide your opinion about the market, people should take that info at their own risk. And you don't need to provide explanation or prove the logic behind your opinion. True sir in all Chennai software companies Telugus dominate the top positions and appoint only Telugus and pay them very well irrespective of their skill and fellow Tamils treat everyone equal gets ill treatment. In Tamil's run businesses I never seen any partiality but it's time Tamil entrepreneurs prefer people from Tamil community as many talented Tamils has been unable to get equality in those offices.
