If he pushes his soldiers too far, kata can blink/dash towards him. Hes saving it in case she dashes in. He can also wait until kata dashes in and blinks back to her original spot and then q, its matchup specific. Hard to explain you have to play the mu yourself :)
If kata dashes in and blinks back to her original spot, you dont wanna q her near yourself, otherwise you waste mana and cd. So basically you q attack her when he blinks back to her original spot 👍
