this guide series has been one of the most detailed and useful pvp guides in the game especially for a new player like me this and the previous guide helped wonder with me getting into pvp(mainly because clovers and legendary armor)
Appreciate the video. Seems like there is missing information between the beginner's guide and this one. For example, you say to take out the support first, then focus on the team fighters. How do I figure out which enemy is which role?
I would love to share this with some friends, but sadly they don't speak English. I would gladly make the Spanish subtitles for free, would it be possible for you to add them if I send them to you somehow?
This should be mandatory watch for at least 80% of the players out there. FFS teams rushing to far after winning mid and not plussing a contested home node, seems to be ingrained in people's brains 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️. If people played with these basics in mind, games are so much better, you can *almost* overcome bad mechanical skills with good rotations!!
Another thing you're wrong about is whether to go for the artifacts in the Colosseum map. It's best to ignore them completely, cause they don't give any points and the buffs are not so important if you leave your team outnumbered.
I can also guarantee you will lose more matches than you win over a large sample size of matches if you let the enemy team free cap the buffs. Getting both buffs is a massive advantage in team fights to the point where it's not even worth it for the enemy team to take any while you have them active. Highly mobile classes with teleports can rotate to and cap the buffs in about 10-15 seconds. Which is roughly the same amount of time it would take for them to rotate between any of the points on the map and potentially generate value there. Capturing the buffs not only generates value by denying them from the enemy team, but they're also massive 20% damage and 5000 health and 100 toughness buffs to your entire team for a minute and a half.
I can guarantee that you will lose more matches than you win over a large sample size of matches if you choose to go for beasts without understanding when is the right time to do so.
I disagree with your analysis of the skyhammer map. The highest priority on this map is bitching about the fact that the map was allowed in the ranked map pool, and insulting people that voted for it. 😁
@@Shadowfall_TV ye djins sucks too. The objective is useless, but at least it has some open areas where you can fight without having the camera get an epileptic seizure. Even skyhammer got better when they changed the super mario jump pads so that you have to jump on them before they interrupt your channeling. Still, i would like to have the good old days of forest, temple, khylo and legacy in ranked.

Nice guide. There are exceptions to everything however.
this only works if all other teammembers watched this video x) otherwise its just yolo
Unfortunately ANET created achievements for doing stupid shit, like taking djinn node and using trebuchet!
you're so wrong about the beasts mate. Each gives 25 pts

Ha! I felt that way about Djinn's Dominion when it first came out :)
