- This Chipotle copycat cilantro lime rice recipe is quick and easy and packed with flavor. This Cilantro rice takes plain white rice to a whole new level with its zesty, herby flavors. With a few fresh ingredients, regular rice is transformed into an easy side dish everyone loves to love.
Ingredients:
2 cups rice washed drained
3 1/2 cup water
1 bay leaf
salt
1 tbsp oil
cook in a rice cooker
handfull cilantro
1 tbsp lime or lemon juice.
So so good
