Tip for those making this deck on Ygopro: My recommendation would be to use Harpie Lady #1 [Because it's the regular Harpie Lady with an Effect] Harpie Lady #3 [The Sisters with the best Effect] and Cyber Harpie Lady.
Card effects are only active while a Card is on the field. Harpie lady and cyber Harpie lady are only both named the same if their both in play not while in your deck ir hand and thus doesn't matter during deck construction.

If a card's name is "always" treated as something, as opposed to only being treated as something while on the field and/or in the GY, then it counts while in the deck (and side deck) as well. Check the rulings on Harpie Lady 1, for instance. You can't have 2 copies of Harpie Lady 1, 2 copies of Harpie Lady 2, and so on, because they are all treated as simply Harpie Lady at all times. I think it's ass that they're built this way, because in the Orichalcos arc, we saw Mai use 2 copies of regular Harpie Lady and 3 copies of Cyber Harpie Lady, but yeah. Real world rules and effects can suck sometimes.
Personally, I've always believed her win ratio was far longer than her losses, and believed the anime just mostly showed her losses. She lost 5 time in the amine against Joey, Panik, Yugi, Marik, and Rafiel. However, she beat Rex on the boat, Jean Claude twice, (yes I'm counting flashbacks) Joey in their 3rd duel, and let's not forget all the star chips she earned as well as the extra chips that she owed to Yugi. She probably dueled the most at Duelist Kingdom just to get all those chips Also, the locator cards she won to qualify for Battle City. I'm not exactly a fan of Mai, but I do respect her. In fact the only thing that I didn't like about her at all was the different voice actor the came in season 4. Other than that alone I can't think of any other reason to dislike her.
I'm perfectly fine with the six harpie ladies in the deck, cause let's face it, Mai is all about that, and the show would let her do it. my only issue is that I can't do it on Duelingbook, so I have to make some substitutions. Usually just more Amazons.

Also, Elegant Egotist text in the Anime is the same of OCG/TCG and the card isn't work that way in the Anime. It replicates Harpie into three, since Harpie Lady Sisters isn't a physical card on the show.
I wish Card of Sanctity did work in the card game the way it did on the anime. If it did, it would be banned. Konami doesn’t like letting us use cards that lets us draw extra cards too easily without a cost. Mai also should’ve used Magical Stone Excavation instead of Spell Reproduction in my opinion. MSE lets you discard any two cards from your hand while SR requires the cards to specifically be spells. I don’t recall Mai ever having Dust Tornado. Only Yugi used that that I remember.

I never play officially, so with me and my friends, if it has a different picture, it's a different card lol I have 5 Blue-Eyes, 5 Dark Magicians, in the same decks lol

The Deck Profile itself is amazing, but I used to play on Ygo Pro and I can't add more than 3 monsters treated as Harpie Lady on my Deck. Can you give me some idea or answer about her Deck building because I think back in the day was possible to have a Deck with 3 copies of Cyber Harpie alongside 3 copies of Harpie Lady. Nice work :)

why you keep mixing amazonian and Harpies in to one deck ? Pleas just make 2 May decks one with Harpies and one with amazonian. Its twice as efectiv and she can keep up with decks like Joey ore Yugi. With a mix deck she cant do that. PS Harpie Lady cant Play with Cyer Harpie becous they are bouth Harpie Lady in the deck so pleas correct it. I know itslegal in the anime but you can built a normal deck with it thats strong enough and dont use the cheat trick
Never underestimate Mai. She may not have the strongest monsters, but she does have a lot spell and trap removal cards in her deck.

I managed to beat several decks with my harpie deck back in the Zexal and Arc-V era, but the link format pretty much killed my deck

I always just substitute Harpie Queen for Cyber Harpie, the only difference being effect and 100 ATK.
