It's kind of hilarious how perfect the song works for him. lol (And I guess everyone owes an apology to Kung Fu Panda 4 because if it allowed this cover, then it deserves to exist) I give kudos for exceptional editing in the AMV - I think you gone and made a name for yo' self, mon amie! I'm generally ambivalent about Gambit and Rogue as a couple, but you helped illustrate the appeal. Anyway, if I had one criticism about '97 season one, it was too short, so everything felt rushed.... The other more pertinent criticism was that I hated they retconned Rogue into a romantic relationship with Magneto because it was so creepy, and worse, the show seemed to treat it as sweet. Plus, a cheap way to artificially make a love triangle, even though we already have a bunch... Sorry, I don't mean to drag the fun of the video down with tangential complaints; if it can be a saving grace, it should reiterated that you helped make an indifferent person like me feel more invested in seeing Gambit alive again and with Rogue (I mean, I already wanted him alive again, but you get the gist).
