I like to put the food on half of the plate in a crescent to get even more of it under the heating element. Love the paper towel tip. I always cover it with a plate and this is probably a better way to do the towel.

Yes sure, reheat just before serving else it will become soggy and if we let it cool will become harder.

If it’s cooked beets, then we can simply reheat using default 30 sec to 1 min in microwave. I use Air fryer these days mostly for all my cooking. You can find more than 100 recipes for Air fryer here in my channel :)
