Tilder Moyo-Karizamimba is a Zimbabwean radio personality who is well known for tackling sensitive social issues. She made a name for herself at Zimbabwe Broadcasting Corporation (ZBC)'s Radio Zimbabwe where she hosted a no-holds barred Sunday morning talk show which touched on various social issues. Some of the controversial issues that the programme has dealt with include those of satanists, child prostitutes, victims of rape and business people who use juju to enrich themselves. It was a phone-in programme and many a times perpetrators and victims called in airing their views and experiences making it worthwhile for the audiences to tune in. These stories usually struck fear in me and makes me realize how graced i am to be walking freely out there. This also makes people so afraid to report crimes or evidence of crimes becoz you may get implicated in things you know nothing about
I agree with you. Not everyone in prison is guilty.
Some are in prison because someone accused them of something they did not do e.g false rape.i have seen more than a few cases on this platform of people being accused of rape and then improved.

Justice we want justice for the two guys given life sentence for the crime they have not commited.
I could be wrong but the way he narrates everything makes it hard to believe his version. You are just asked to accompany people who want to sell gold, they get there, murder your friend like an animal, they pierce a knife through his neck and what you do is walk calmly out of the house and you don't bother telling police because you think you will be arrested? If that happens to me, I am running straight to police and tell them. The thought of being arrested too will be the last thing to come to my mind under those circumstances.
Not taking anything away from your observation but it could be the issue of this guy being a mukorokoza. Some of those artisanal miners have been through a lot and have seen the worst kumakomba uko. It could be that he did not want to report the case for sure and that he assumed since he had visible wounds the police would be able to investigate and arrest the perpetrators. He didn't know that when he walked out the culprits remained behind to try and cover up the murder to make it look like suicide. I believe the double barbed wire was meant to cover up the wound sustained through the stab by the knife. This guy only knew about that kumapurisa. The message he sent were a way of trying to confide in someone i think because the event was traumatizing him. So it could be that these three guys may be innocent after all. What is needed is for the other 3 guys to be brought in for questioning and compare their narrative with this gentlemen's. If this guy committed the crime, oh yes he definitely has to be in jail for life but if he did not we just pray to God that justice will prevail and all will be set free paving way for the real perpetrators to be incarcerated.

Sketchy story, I wouldn't take some strangers to someone's house without knowing what it is all about. It's just me, most people can't stand me but I won't take anybody to someone's house at that time of the day. I would ask them to come during the day and I don't trust makorokoza. Zimbabwe is now a dangerous place, not a place that I grew up in and I feel scared to even go there. Not to mention that i would call the police right away after witnessing such a horrible thing.

THE Chinhoyi High Court has found three Kadoma murderers guilty of horrendously killing a man at Etina Mine, near the gold town in 2021.
High Court judge, Justice Philda Muzofa yesterday found Admire Ncube, Taurus Kapeni and Akim Sibanda guilty of acting in common purpose in causing the death of Melody Makaramba.
Justice Muzofa sentenced Ncube and Kapeni to life imprisonment while Sibanda was handed a 30-year jail term.
The court heard that the three killed Makaramba by tying him with a plain wire before strangling him.
They also hit him with an iron pestle on the back of the head and stabbed him with an okapi knife on the back of the neck from which he bled profusely from a deep cut.
The three then robbed the deceased of an I-tel cell-phone, a portable gold scale and a brown wallet containing the deceased’s particulars and an unknown amount of cash.
