I will try this out in my clinic next week. I have a patient with horizontal cupulolithiasis and the Gufoni isn't clearing it. Nice to know that it can work on canalithiasis and cupulolithiasis AND it not necessary to determine which ear is involved.

I can only offer if you have a cupulolithiasis, you are sure to get severe vomiting with this maneuver.
