If its not detecting sim at all then only replacement of the sim reader will fix the issue i have had too many samsung phones with the exact same issue and no other fix apart from replacement of the sim reader unfortunately , for some reason i find that the motherboard loses communication with original sim reader after long research into some of the phones i replaced the reader on, im pretty certain when the phone gets too hot it basically damages the sim reader as its usually based on the actual charging port silly location really. I cant assertain why the new generation of samsung phones such as s24 ,24 plus, and s24 ultra also have the sim reader located on the charging port also so im expecting a lot of these phones to have the exact same issue in time to come they need to seperate the sim reader from the charging port altogether like they are on iphones where usually its located just below the logic board
I replaced the SIM reader in my S21 and it didn't fix it... It's a software issue... Occurred after an update. No SIM, Searching for Service with an eSIM... Shows Unknown Number below any eSIM installed
I dropped my phone, which caused the sim to not read - if this specifically applies to you, I removed the back and straightened the reader out by gently massaging against it, which pushed it back to fit the card. (It worked for me at least, maybe I got lucky, sorry if this was unhelpful)
1. Didn't work, I have tried it several times 2. I don't have that setting, and there is no toggle next to it, it just says No SIM-card. 3. Didn't fix it. 3. This didn't fix it either.
The only fix to your issue believe me when I say this is replacing the sim reader that is connected to the charging port on most samsung phones have had this happen to a few s20 series phones aswell as s21 plus s22 and even s23 this ultimately fixed the issue
@Nikosentiana338 Yeah, and I've never gotten hitten by a car, so no one else has. People have different experiences, and frankly, if noone had this issue, there wouldnt be a video with solutions.
@@lynxiepoo_colonthree I never said everyone had the same experience. Comment said that he thinks it's done purposely by Samsung. Go practice reading 😂
@Nikosentiana338 Your comment never mentioned the "purposefully done by samsung" part. You want me to read nonexistant words. Go practice writing, bud.
3 different phones not detecting the same Sim card usually means the card itself is damaged in someway and can't be read. That's a go into the store and get a new card kind-of situation
Oh my gosh! It worked! Clear Cache its working now, After two years of searching, this video helped me. Oh my gosh, now I can use a dual SIM. Thank you so much! ❤❤❤🙏🙏🙏🙏
@knowledgei_godallah did you try different sim cards in them both after ? If so did anything change , it's not just a coincidence if they both have failed it's almost certainly down to a failed sim reader

All of these are pointless because when it's not reading a SIM card you can't do any of them

Did you just glue the back back on
@richardleos3784 the glue already holding it was still fine to place it back in (phone backs are held by a type of glue)

Any solution im facing same issue
I have the same problem with 3 phones not detecting the card. ad comes out no sim card detected
I had to buy a new phone with no sim card
Samsung don't last that long maybe 2 or 3 years
The only fix to your issue believe me when I say this is replacing the sim reader that is connected to the charging port on most samsung phones have had this happen to a few s20 series phones aswell as s21 plus s22 and even s23 this ultimately fixed the issue
Mine is doing the same, all within this same time frame. I think it is purposely done by Samsung to get us to buy a new phone. 🤨
Stop lying, it never happened to me until I dropped my phone accidentally so you're wrong
It's never happened to any of my galaxies except the one I'm buying

I'm having this problem it's so annoying I know it's not a faulty sim as I tried it in another phone.

Stop lying
I had to use a can of compressed air. Now, my sim card works.
I don't have reception either. WiFi works though
In my settings I can’t find the word sim manager
First step is working for me thankyu very much btw i have phone flickering and i dont know how to fix it
MAKES NO SENSE AND DOESN'T WORK
I have one on my galaxy fold 4 i wwtched all of this and still not working
I have the same problem with 3 phones not detecting the card. ad comes out no sim card detected
I have 2 phones saying the same no sim... I wonder if it is the sim card itself that is bad...
Did you try Settings, App, SIM Toolkit, Storage, Clear Cache? It worked for me.
@knowledgei_godallah did you try different sim cards in them both after ? If so did anything change , it's not just a coincidence if they both have failed it's almost certainly down to a failed sim reader
@knowledgei_godallah no sir works just fine in my 21+ but won't work in my 22 ultra
None of these options worked
I hit my phone a few times from each time and it started working after not functioning for 6 hours
