It’s actually kind of ez you just balance on your toe so your heels aren’t touching ground and then you pull one leg and push one leg out so kinda like you’re extending it and then you switch that up and repeat it
I’ve actually read that not only does this dance require an insane amount of leg strength but also incredible core strength and a great sense of balance
