Finally, a house with a decent lot size! And it’s truly modern in both design and fixtures. Impressive.
And a nice outdoor entertaining space
The fridge is small for the price point. The stove needs to be a large gas stove. Like 6 burners, at least! Not sure if the area next to the kitchen is supposed to be a butlers pantry, but it didn’t flow at least for me. Some of the light fixtures I’ve seen used in apartments, so not sure how luxurious that is in a 4.35 home. The views are beautiful. All the door handles would need to change. Honestly, I wish it would flow better inside the home. The backyard is beautiful.
My thoughts
omg I loved this. ngl I think I love the land more than the house. To have all that land and still have neighbors close by. Every time you panned from the bedroom windows outside it was just stunning and so scenic. Your blood pressure can reduce just by staring outside the window. Loved the primary. I realized something watching this home tour. I don't like walls that aren't at 90-degree angles. These diagonal hallways and bathrooms make me twitch. Weird. I guess my aesthetic leans away from asymmetry. Anyway, another great tour. Thanks guys!
Gorgeous Estate; I am just in stitches over the oven in the kitchen. I understand it is just a “place holder” but when I view a home, I look at all of the aesthetics!
This is such an extraordinary house. I just wish the separate areas and rooms had a bit more clarity for the viewer could feel as if they were experiencing the tour with you.
The neighbors aren’t close. Loved that.
The best part of this is the land on a hill and the views. The kitchen stove is really out of place. The fixtures are low quality for the price of this home. The garage looked like the floor was buckled. In short the interior did not at all match the price tag. Thanks for showing this home! 🌺
Agreed. Just saw on the news this company went under. All stemmed from the small stoves they insisted on putting in their homes. Wouldn’t budge for the clients. Shame.
Beautiful house and location but it feels like a maze.
Ok maybe I am the only one that caught it. Why would you show a $4.35 million dollar luxury home with a less than $1000 stove in the kitchen. 😮. Are you serious. They may be getting a new stove but I would have delayed shooting. The hood is bigger than the stove. See at minute 2.55

My owner of my company. Has a house 12,193 sq ft, 6 bedroom, 6 full and 3 half baths inground pool and hot tub with outdoor cook area on the river with 9 car garage for way less that priced here. That he just build. About 45 minutes north of this house.
