ARA helps puppy thrown into the trash

Among the many requests for help we received, there was one that we could not remain indifferent to and that broke our hearts.
Abandoned in the trash, in a state of extreme malnutrition and neglected, is about a year old and is the size of a three-month-old puppy.
We named him Salvador ❤️
