Yippee! Thank you so much for making this video Shawn! Can't wait to see more. I never get tired of watching hat embroidery videos. If you learn of any new tips and tricks, would love to hear about them. Have a great weekend!

Thank you! I love to embroider hats! It is super easy. I use the hat hoop for the men's hats, but I use a fast frame for the women's hats. They don't fit really well on the hat hoop and too many weren't coming out right! Have a great weekend!

I've had an embroidery machine since 2001 & I still have that 'fear' you spoke of when I am sewing someone's garment. Thank you for sharing your experiences.

which fast frame do you use on the women's hats? and how do you secure them? I haven't done many hats yet on my persona.

I use tear away stabilizer sprayed with temporary adhesive to secure the hat. I use the fast frame that fits whatever I want to print on it.

I love the kids in the background. We have a few kids here as well. I can tell you're from the south. Our Melco embroidery machine cap adaptor cost too much and we're looking for another way to do it.

I don't really care for the adapter that much. Sometimes it is easier to just use a fast frame.
