A pivotal moment for our Melrose couples. Amanda was right to be angry. Peter really was dense. Taylor was just reprehensible
I disliked Taylor so much for breaking Peter and Amanda up. I was also disappointed in Peter for falling into Taylor's trick.
No matter if Taylor's repulsion was Peter he was responsible to fall into her trap like a naive boy and blame Amanda for cheating...He didn't even throw her out after the revealing of her "stalking" him...

Me too! You can tell that Peter (who is usually controlled and reserved) was blindsided by Amanda’s revelation that Taylor is the sister of his late wife. Amanda did an excellent job of showing her hurt in this scene. Peter and Amanda were my favorite couple!

What age was Taylor when Peter last saw her?If she was in her teens then it makes sense that she might look different as an adult.Plus maybe subconsciously Peter didn't realize who Taylor really was since it might have brought up memories about his dead wife,
I always loved watching Amanda rip Taylor apart she was just a venomous character and Rinna in real life is just like her character

Honestly we don't her in real life. She may seem that way, because of that reality show, but I wonder how much of that is scripted. I guess we never know. I really enjoyed Rinna's character.
Peter made huge mistake to having a affair with Taylor because he thought Amanda sleeping with Craig at the time but instead to come to Amanda to ask himself what going on and hear her side of the story or explanation he chose to believe Craig lie and go to Taylor biggest mistake of lifetime

I love season 5, and I love Lisa Rinna as Taylor, but the charade went on for half a season with him not realizing who she was

MP went downhill when Amanda got more shoved down the throats. She really didn't become full on lead until season 6. Kimberly, Alison, Billy, Jake, Jo, Jane, Sydney, and Michael all had times of dominance. When all of them but one left it became the Amanda show.

Absolutely. Especially since how much older could Peter possibly be than Taylor? It's probably not like he was 23 and she was 13 when he married Beth. In real life, Lisa Rinna & Jack Wagner are 4 years apart...So, if their characters have roughly the same age difference, how could he POSSIBLY not recognize her? Seriously, the wedding, and all the family gatherings they were at together and he STILL doesn't recognize her?? And how did Kyle have no idea who Peter was? How could Taylor keep the fact that she had a brother in law from him for their entire marriage? And if beth was still Alive when Kyle and Taylor married, wouldn't she have been at their wedding???

Great scene. Absolutely. When Peter and Amanda just assumed about each other without being too sure what exactly is going on...... Did Craig played a game on Amanda?! No wonder why he lost Sydney by getting killed by the car on their wedding day/night.... Sorry, I can't recall myself and not too sure very well right now about Amanda and Craig to make any assumptions. Because, if it's wrong assumption, it would consider as accusation. 👀

I didn't like Taylor when she appeared in the series. But I must admit I changed my mind as the series went downhill after season 5. She was one of the few good things (if not the only one) of the boring, horrible season 6.
Was still a great show. The problem was contracts expired and they lost too many main characters at once and had to fill the roles, so they didn't get as long of a chance to make an impression.
