It's very common to talk about Amanda's messy hair in season 4, but not much attention is paid to Allison's hair in season 2... I've always found it very weird...

What happened to her hair

Allison was so bad in those episodes. Flirting the whole time with Steve and feeling attacked anf ofended when Billy noticed it. Talking about double standards. Can't blame Billy for his reaction in this scene.

Alison was always a borderline good/hated character up until this point in the series ... wishy washy but she did suffer some legit trauma with her tumor scare last year and with Keith earlier this season. But this is when she became really irritating without a doubt, and not with just her awful hair style.

This Chirstmas episode was sweet, but its hilarious that none of it lasted in the next episode. Amanda immediately reverts back to treating people like dirt and trying to get Alison fired, gossippiug about her drinking problem.... Alison (seen hugging Billy at the beginning) immediately starts seeing that ex-jock in secret....

My 2 favorite women on Melrose in the same scene! Sam was hot. Jane was second hottest. But long haired Jane and Sam would be pretty even.

Billy's haircut is very popular now.

A very sweet and sad scene at the same time. This may explain why when Amanda got older, she grew a tough and cold personality. I liked the moments (especially this scene) where it showed Amanda wasn't completely callous and had a heart. Her mom Hilary was barely around and her father was a criminal and barely around.

I loved it when the writers threw in some little throwback exposition and had the characters talk about past storylines. It all sounded so absurd yet so entertaining when told from their perspective!

Melrose Place was lucky to get some famous people to guest star like Dr. Joyce Brothers, Dr. Ruth, Traci Lords, Chuck Woolery and Priscilla Presley. Season 4 seemed a bit different than seasons 2 and 3. In season 4, the writing seemed more campy and comedic and wasn't so dark.

Jane should have told Samantha, "Don't worry though. Just another day here at Melrose Place." LOL

At the end of the last episode of Melrose Place Amanda married Peter Burns and together they started building a big family with a lot of kids: Billy, Allison, Matt, Jake, Jane, Kyle, Sydney and Michael which means Hillary (Amanda's mom) is Peter's mother in-law
