When I was collecting Beast Wars back in the 90's I was only getting Predacons, so I missed out on the original Tigerhawk.
When I saw the Evil repaint in 2003, he was an immediate buy.
That was my story then, and if lucky history will repeat itself. Legacy Tigerhawk is sold out everywhere I look so if Razorclaw is produced he will be the first preorder I do in a while.
I hope we get Legacy Universe Razorclaw redeco Tigerhawk

One of the coolest things I enjoy about the Beast Wars toyline and its repaints, is the use of classic G1 names. Like with Agent Ravage, my head canon was that the Buzzsaw was another Decepticon given amnesty and a new Predacon body. And I love that this Razorclaw is either honoring the first Predacons, or is the original Razorclaw out on his own, post-war.

Razorclaw’s an alternate ver. of Tigerhawk that was corrupted by the Vok, and he killed his universe's Beast Megatron. His body ruined and trapped between dimensions, Unicron abducted Razorclaw to be his 4th and final general. (Him, Obsidian, Tankor, and Reptilion served as his 4 generals in the Cauldron)
Honestly when the new tigerhawk gets repainted i really hope they change the beastmode head to look more like the masked one. it'd add more unique personality. I really hope they do a repaint that does the original toy justice.

They do not. As much as I love the modern versions...nothing beats the originals.

Well this is a fantastic figure, lots of gimmicks and molded details, really impressive. The head sculpt is amazing, and the colors are really looking good. It's like Beast Wars Ravage and G1 Skywarp had a baby. Awesome review, and kudos to you you for doing that transformation on camera.

I love Razorclaw, dude was sick! I want them to reissue Tiger Hawk in to Razorclaw soon and I'm 100% getting him.
I honestly dont recall having any of this line. The ol parentsl talk popped in head i guess since was mostly repaints. "You have the originals"
Still this scheme looks great on him.
I had a few from this line.
The repaint of Optimus Primal, Silverbolt, and Tankor come to mind.

If I could guess why they left the maximal symbol on his chest is they were too lazy at the time to do a slight remold just for a chest piece, The Universe line was just a toy line that reused toy molds in New colors from what I remember

He'd look better imo if his tiger legs were his back legs and his bird legs the front legs. Him having an articulated molded colored tongue is awesome.

Yes, but they'd be upside down.

All timer toy for me. The gimmicks were neat and didn't interfere with the articulation or transformation. Awesome look in both beast and bot mode, and both color schemes rocked.
