I see lots of house tour videos to take inspiration since we are currently constructing our own house.
I have seen at least 100 + houses cross various channels. these are few observation which I will like to point out:
PROs:
1. Great work with the exteriors, house elevations looks really nice and it looks like a luxury house.
2. Great work with the flooring, stones are amazing and nicely done
3. I loved the use of big windows and specially the use of small partitions for ventilation (Will be taking inspiration from it for sure)
4. Foyer looks really nice and loved the entrance door.
Cons:
1. As I mentioned above it looks like a luxury house from outside but it doesn't feel like one from inside. Remember you are expecting 6.5 cr from this house and if I am paying that amount I don't want to clean my dishes and iron my laundry in the same room. May be 1 lesser bedroom and more space for storage would have been a good idea.
2. I have notices this common across all pre constructed houses, builders try to focus on the count of the bedroom but not on the dressing room and bathroom size. I feel the bedroom sizes are good but walking closets and bathroom sizes are small.
3. May be you are keeping a larger family in mind but I feel a luxury house will be someplace which will have a tub in at least the master bathroom, TBH I didn't like the double decker room though the glass work was amazing.
One last thing for every one constructing houses in India , We tend to spend more space in places we hardly use rather than places we use practically, we should spend more space for storage, dressing/walking-in closet, bathroom (bigger bathroom is true sign of luxury) and a very spacious kitchen (i liked this kitchen) and segregation of areas based on usage.
Hopefully this will help future house owners.
The flooring is so seamless, it shows the skill 👌🏻. It was a great design. Felt little too much of wood and would be fantastic if there was a provision for open windows..

Iam completely blown out by the design.. the perfection ...the work done... The use of space... This is one of the best construction I have ever seen... The dressings ..the bathrooms.. the bedroms.. the kitchen... Everything just amazing.. iam speechless... Iam sharing this video with my brother and he also had same expression...

Best structure , best setup and interier.
Presentation was also best.
Few points to note.
The second floor should have wash room.
Wooden staircase going to second floor should have wooden column support for every step.
Since you have spend so much you should have installed lift also.
Small swimming pool was required.

Really liked the overall construction and built quality of the house . The parking area in front of the lawn could have been extended with higher walls and bigger gate also the first floor area has a lot of covering, the terrace area could have been made bigger to provide more depth to the house. with a wide balcony. Nevertheless the house is terrific.

interior looks very ordinary Indian style , not international standard.
Bud it’s very international standards, a house like that in usa or Canada would cost you around 1.9M that’s like almost 9cr or so
