calling it a tremendous live service is like saying "the new Battlefield game is extremely a game"

I want the next Battlefield to be the opposite of Battlefield 2042 in every way possible.
I want it to be playable in launch and have basic features like a server browser and a scoreboard
and maybe a team balancer... but thats probably asking too much...

you want to rebuy a new game every 2 years? Bf3 and bf4 dlc was kind of a life service that lasted them for 3-4 years
@@m4j0r3x I would definitely buy a new game every 2 years if the games are good. I still play older titles and new ones, so if the games are good it is no problem. I personally would want premium pass back.
@@Wiiikset now what if the life service is good? Do you want it to keep running for a while or end it? And “new content” or “repetitive theme” cant be used as argument here bcus dice ‘promised’ there will be new titles release alongside as the life service game gets older
@@m4j0r3x Sure, if the live service model is good, there's no problemo, but live service tends to be really lacking compared to the Battlefield Premium Pass, which provided really good content. I personally don’t like live service with season pass and all that. I guess I’m probably getting old and don’t have enough time in my hands anymore.
The Premium pass in bf1 was definitely worth it, if only this new game feels like it

I love how almost every single Battlefield game apart from BF 1 has launched in a horrible, broken, buggy and unbalanced state under Andrew Wilson and that people still believe anything he says about the franchise or that he is some sort of good leader. He's like Bobby Kotick without an entire state investigating him
I've spent more of my days resenting bad battlefield games than I did relishing in the golden years. You don't know you're in the good days until they're gone.

I think some kind of mix between live service and premium would be good. For example with each season/dlc, there would be total of 3-4 maps and at least one of them would always be free for everyone. The rest could be between a battlepass or something. I know it splits the playerbase but that ensures we get much more maps in total and that we don't have to pay for as much as in BF3, BF4 and BF1. Also, if you pay for the first battlepass, you have the ability to get all the Boins back if you play it all the way through, just like in 2042.
If you have a better (but realistic) idea, please do tell.
As long as we gets two maps and thee new weapons every three months then that’s fine lol. If all the launch maps are at least on par with the likes if spearhead and the first exposure layout then the game should be decent. No more of this ultra fast paced twitch shooter maps we’ve been getting the past four seasons.
I’d thought Premium that becomes free after “a bit” - 1 week? 1 month? Dunno.
They like “ Live Service” because they deliver whatever, whenever, and can kill it at a moment’s notice
I'm pretty sure more money is made by a proper live service model, they have enough resources to make content bro, just let people pay for skins and they're good

Ahhh, watching another one of my favorite series’ be killed by EA. First it was Burnout, now it’s Battlefield.
Last time they said something like this the alpha came out 4 months later and was only running at 24 fps with infinite vehicles (and actually better gunplay than launch lol).

I’d rather them stick with the old way, I pay for premium pass $50 for 4-5 DLCS with 4 maps each. 16-20 DLC maps, and plenty of new weapons exclusive for DLC owners.

For the sake of your mental health, don't expect anything good OR anything bad from this game. Have no expectations, and simply wait until we get tangible footage of it before getting excited/pissed.

I ain't holding my breath for the next Battlefield game. I hopped on the hype of 2042, i ain't doing that again. I'll quietly settle with Ravenfield and the older battlefield games.

Live service means: we can release unfinished games and drip feed you content throughout the season
I would not be surprised if they start implementing a new live service subscription monthly like other games do to get “extra content” only game I see that doing well is clash Royale and that ain’t even a pc triple A game 😂

EA is just like a Snail 🐌 If you listen to the hardcore community. The game will be a massive comeback. Lets all hope the Campaign is extremely good and the multiplayer lives up to most of the hardcore Battlefield players. I'm praying the vehicle gameplay will be better than Battlefield 3 and Battlefield 4.
