I think that the U.S. is trying to ban anything Forex for U.S. residents forcing them to trade only U.S. markets and that’s just my opinion I could be wrong

So i understand the rules 30% rule/trailing thresh hold etc but I heard they can just decide they don’t like the way you trade and decide to not pay out….do you have any experience of this?
