Thank you for the video update ♡ It was very interesting to know the difference between Japan and Germany. I am Japanese and live in Japan. I have never been abroad, but I would like to visit many countries and experience various cultures in the future. I feel that by learning about cultures different from my home country, my love for my home country will deepen. I would like to respect the cultures of various countries.
Thank you so much for your thoughtful comment! I’m glad you found the video interesting. I hope you have the opportunity to travel and enjoy many of the beautiful cultures that this world has to offer. 🤍
Greetings from the Netherlands. Germany is my favourite country. I look all the video,s I can find about Japan. Can,t get there because I am afraid to fly. 😢. Luckily I get a image by you and other Tubers . Thank you Nine your special the world needs people like you.
09:20 I love how you said that it's only possible because people respect these quiet places, and it's true. Here in Europe in every corner and every park punk teenagers and kids with bicycles are running around, screaming at the top of their lungs, littering and doing mischief... even at home it can be difficult to find some quiet time since you can hear them from inside.
Thank you again for another fantastic video. I’ve been subscribed to your channel for some time, and I truly admire not only the beautiful videos you create but also your insightful intelligence. While cultural differences certainly exist, respecting each culture is so important. I wish more people with a perspective like yours would visit Japan, though unfortunately, recently…
I can imagine it how different can be Japan for you coming from a such different and affectionate environment in Germany, I have japonese friends here in Brazil and in Brazil it is in the same way as Germany, we are very warm people and we like to hug our family everytime we are together and friends and it’s not required a such long time or formalities to see friends like this, we are more easy going here in Brazil🇧🇷😊
The food looks really good! It's only 5:30a here in NYC but I felt hungry when I saw what you were eating. 90% of the Japanese restaurants here are actually Chinese and most people do not even know the difference and I can tell you there is a huge difference. My breakfast is cheese and grapes with an espresso. As for hugging, we do it a lot here, hugs and kisses to say hello to friends and even saying goodbye to people we just met if we spent more than a few minutes with them and had a good time.
You should write about the biggest cultural shock ... which is Public transportation ;D as germany is displayed as always punctual the public transportation is absolutely a mess . Great video
You might be the most beautiful German woman I have ever seen. You're so lucky to be in Japan (the most beautiful country in the world in my opinion). You're also from another beautiful country Germany.
I am seaman. I work at sea ( no internet), sometimes i feel lonely and sadness. Your video help me a lot . Your clothes, your voice, bla bla… thạnk you very much
Great content. I feel it's important to experience different cultures. It's a great way to learn about the world. And different people and life styles. Instead of finding shortcomings of a country, we should learn and accept the good things it has to offer.. It lessens the bridge between people and can bring them closer. Thank you for the great work you are putting in your content. 😊
Thank you for having described all those differences. I can totally agree with and confirm what you reported - like dating, "stealing", physical touch, heritage, tranquility or beer. My (additional) culture shock was the maze of electric wires hanging around even in big cities
Regarding the issue of electric wires, my personal view is shaped by the fact that Japan experiences frequent earthquakes. While it is technically possible to bury electric wires underground, considering the time and complexity of restoring them after an earthquake, having the electric wires above ground seems to be a wiser choice.
this is very interesting 🤎 out of topic, can you also make video of how you plan your schedule and being on top of everything, also how do you control yourself not to be on social media mindlessly like scrolling. 💌 Anyway, I really like your daily routine and your content. Have been binge watching your video these days. ✨
I'm really happy to hear that you like my content! I was actually thinking about making a video on that topic. I’m definitely not the best at time management, but I’m getting better. As my days have become busier, I've tried to create a routine that keeps me grounded and collected, which I would love to share. Thank you so much for watching and inspiring me. 😊✨
I’m a Japanese man. Your feeling for “dating culture”in Japan is far different from my feeling except junior or high school students. I believe that the most adults doing the same way as the German people.
How about the public bath? When I visited Dusseldorf and Colone about twenty years ago, I went to the public baths at the local hotel. I was shocked to see that the young lady and her mother were in the same public path room (with sauna) as I was in. There were no sparation between women and men in Germany.
Thank you Nini! I am very interested in both the German and Japanese cultures. I wonder if the differences you found between Germany and Japan apply to ALL regions of Japan, including Japan's rural culture? Also I am interested in the extent of religious life of the two cultures, both exoteric (brick & mortar churches) vs. esoteric, i.e., meditation.
Oh! hallow Miss. Nini Sun! nice to meet you on youtube program. I would usually feel that the contrast between white lady with golden hair and typical Japanese-like shrine in the mountain are so beautiful, I don't know why it is. I suppose you felt special difference in between European culture and Japan. I'm afraid so, we Japanese strain at OLD(wabi, sabi, shiwori). By the way, when was 48 years old, I enjoyed my travels in Germany alone though. the place where I had been to at first Salzburg and to Stuttgart(asked former teacher), Wien, Berlin, Hamburg, Kerln-Bonn here and there in each place. That's so big remembrance of in my whole life, Yeah. 92yrs.Japanese. sorry Strange English. Have a nice living in Japan.
I love the 'stop judging, just observe' attitude. Also it is much better to see what it's like to live there than seeing sightseeing recommendations in the usual touristy videos. Her soothing voice may be perfect for ASMR
Danielle d'Aix-en-Provence. 🪷🌸🪴
As the first commenter mentioned, it’s often the case that bicycles are simply 'ridden off' and left abandoned in a different area, rather than being stolen for resale-especially if they’re not particularly valuable. (Of course, this doesn’t make it acceptable.) I assume you registered your bike when you purchased it, so if you report the theft to the police, there’s a good chance it might be found. I hope your bicycle is returned to you soon.
Thank you for an interesting video‼ Differences are what make us interesting, and by understanding each other's differences, we can understand each other and enrich our lives. I once stayed at home in Munich for a short-term language study abroad trip. Germany was also rich in forests, quiet and beautiful. The difference I felt was that there was more space on the land in Germany🤩🤩🤩 Dead space that seems useless but has a lot of meaning to people. Japan is a small country, so people create elaborate culture in even the smallest of spaces. However, the area in front of the station, which is a short subway ride from Munich, was left as pastureland, and many sheep were grazing there.🐏🐏🐏🐏🐏 So, I was very envious of Germany's medieval atmosphere.
What a lovely video. Nini is a Japanese at heart. I think the ONLY problem with Japan is that it is a rapidly aging society. Fortunately, Japan became rich before it got old, so the people will continue to enjoy all the benefits of an advanced, wealthy economy in the near-term, but in a few generations, the lack of a young population will cause dampening effects on the economy. I'm not sure why the Japanese govt is not putting population growth as one of its top priorities. Japan is a country that is loved by everybody after all (well, except you-know-who).
Exactly!! Ms.Ninisan. I also think we both people should respect & learn more each other cultures, i agree!!🤞💞👍 I hope you'd be more graceful & gentle. Enjoy your life in Japan culture & nature!!✌🎌🌹💝
your bike gets stolen?.....I think Japan is really changing...and maybe not in a good way....last year when I went there I saw that it's quite common to see some people putting their backpacks in front of them obviously for security reasons especially in crowded places...the first time when I went to Japan way back in 2017 I think I haven't seen anyone doing this
Actually putting the backpack in the front is mostly for not getting in the way of other people, especially crowded trains. But yes security has deteriorated with increase of foreign tourists and migrant workers. In the past it was just Koreans, Chinese, and Brazilians. Nowadays we even travelling Chileans committing crimes in Japan. There needs to be better control of the border for sure.
Love her voice so soft I can listen to her all day ❤

Thanks For Sharing...Sweet Honest Young Lady~

Can you do a video of living expenses in Japan

Hello I'm from India and will you be my friend 😅😅😅😅
Marry me. Lots of love to you. 🥰🥰🥰
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤I love you me best friend❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ Come in💕💕 pk 💕💕💕
