My bias first is Shownu since at the start he is the bulkiest and biggest among them and then WONHO fucking transform into a Hercules and Ive fallen in love with him.
they're all number 1 to me, especially Joo's abs because his have always been perfect, imo ♥ everyone has their look that suits them, and for me, his has been healthy/however he wants to look :) ♥
if i rank them here’s my placements 1. shownu - he maintained his body really well, has the most prominent abs 2. changkyun - also has quite prominent abs, i think he wants to focus with his arms nowadays 3. kihyun - his recent styling (voyager and love) showed his abs quite a lot, he probably focuses on them more 4. hyungwon - he’s been getting into working out for the past year actually (he’d wake up early to go to the gym!), his recent styling is very much showcasing those abs. 5. jooheon - we haven’t really seen it, but he seems to be focusing with his arms and probably core strength more (his arms are quite broad). 6. minhyuk - still a mystery whether he is working out again or not, but he doesn’t really like working out and would rather lie down and sleep during his free time.
Working out is so hard!! You give up a little bit and all your efforts disappear 🥺 so that's why this can vary like a lot! Buy they look so good always and I love them no matter what 😉

I’m sorry but I think Monsta X deserve way more from their fans than ranking their abs. No wonder these guys end up with insecurity complexes. I absolutely love and respect these guys and want them to know they are far better than ‘good enough’. They are exceptional in every single way and deserve nothing but complete and total respect.
